I'm a bit confused. I've had KFC since a child. This location is not the 'regular' KFC. The skin is off. The colour is off. The flavour is off. I mean it's edible chicken. But it's not KFC.

I got raw chicken TWICE from this location and the only solution they would provide is drive back and get a replacement. Do not go to this location at all. Wish I had listened to the other reviews.

I don’t know whats going on at this KFC but it was the best KFC I’ve had in years. The lady that took my order was very friendly too.
This was my 3 or 4th time going there. The customer service was astonishing unpleasant on various occasions. I had a pleasant experience a few months ago with some miscommunication regarding my order but this visit today has solidified that i will not be going back. I had requested that a particular drink be looked into as it had tasted funny and was left waiting for over 10-15 minutes with no follow up or response as to any next steps. Then I had to request again for assistance on the matter, and I guess when they had refilled the station, the workers had just left and not said a word. The portion sizes are very menial and I wasn’t given an option or at least made aware of the fact that it is customary that if I want all dark meat that I should have requested that as an option instead of being offered to select as an option but the kiosks give you that option!! I will be sticking to popeyes next time, thank you.
