Very disappointed in the service from this location. Placed and online order for a meal: bucket of chicken, coleslaw, macaroni salad, gravy, fries and extras - hot wings, popcorn chicken. Upon delivery, we got no coleslaw. We called to inform them of this and asked for them to send over a coleslaw. We were told they couldn't because they had to call and Uber to deliver it and they weren't willing to do that, nor would they compensate us or refund us.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful people! I placed an order at 9:45PM today, while online showed kfc is closing at 10:00, However, the front counter girl still accepted my order gracefully. I reached at restaurant just 2 minutes prior to closing. That front counter girl was so polite and accepting in her tone to welcome my order (even though I placed my order late) and NOT FOR A SECOND she sounded like disliked. And don’t want to forget to thank the baker in the kitchen who prepared my last minute food request. The food prepared was too good. Thank you guys, really appreciate it 🙏
To Owner, you have a really good staff, less to find these kind of good hospitality staffs these days.
