Wasted my time driving there, they refused to serve me and instead offer me some leftover garbage food they may have remaining. Workers should be taught some rules and hospitality instead of ditching customers

We prefer KFC over any chicken place. So ordered my food and the fries needed another 2 minutes, so the girl says to go back to the line cause the drive through had to be free. So if there was 10 cars I had to wait till it was my turn again and of course our food had to be cold. Why don’t you have a waiting area for cars to wait. This is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Now the food: chicken was not cooked properly very sagging, and oily,the gravy was very runny, macaroni salad was sour. I will not come to this KFC restaurant ever again.

This KFC is always out of stock! Went through the drive-thru and they told me to wait another 10 minutes after ordering. Totally unacceptable and such a waste of time. Every visit ends up the same — poor service and no proper availability of food. Don’t go here, you’ll only be disappointed.
