All staff gone for break and no one customer was there i’m only one who ordered even though they get half an hour for only 4 sandwiches and also they all were standing freely

I placed an order on the 24th but when I went to pick it up this store was closed for renovations. There were staff onsite who told me “oh we can give you your order on the 27th”. Not sure why I would want that so I declined. I called to request a refund and was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, that did not happen. Instead when I followed up they said “oh we are just processing all our complaints today and it will be another 3-5 business days”. No one seems that interested in helping me so it remains to be seen whether I will receive a refund at all.
