When people spend 20-30 dollars they expect good food. When you make sandwiches, please make it proper, no one force you do job there if you don’t like to work. Atleast don’t mess with people orders.

The manager, Aji, delivered exceptional customer service with grace and professionalism. Despite my frustration over technical glitches with the mobile app, he remained calm and composed, quickly resolving the issue. Not only did he provide a refund without hesitation, but he also went above and beyond to accomplish what the app couldn’t. It’s rare to encounter such capable and dedicated individuals, and Aji’s efforts truly stood out.

I ordered a famous chicken sandwich and the chicken is loaded with bones. They literally gave me deep fried bones on a bun which I bit into quite hard and painfully (See photos). The quality of this location has really went down over the years.

Worst KFC service i ever experienced . I had KFC from India, UAE and many other locations

This is the worst ever experience for me. Worst quality food and the girl at the counter treated us like giving free food. She asked us to come in for dining and just treated unethically
Just for the information of the franchise owner this is the worst ever employee experience i had in KFC. They are just making their work so easy by ditching customers.

I went there with my family. It was a great experience. Dine in Area was so clean. Even the food quality was amazing. Everything was so fresh. Most importantly the service was so quick.

Ordered 4 value chicken sandwich and waited 25 minutes, only to be told I have to wait another 10 minutes. Very poor customer services.
Looks like that even the lady manager dont care.

Over the past month, there’s been a noticeable improvement! The food quality has really stepped up. The customer service has also been amazing – friendly, attentive and quick. It feels like a completely different experience now, and I genuinely look forward to coming back.

There was a girl at the drive thru she was so rude . My order was ready she made me wait for 20 minutes . When she handed me the order it was already ready at the table and it was so cold that disappointed me. It was at night near to 12:30 am on oct 19 . On the other side , there was an elder lady she was very polite .
