ALERT FOR PICK UP ORDERS - One of the worst experiences and locations NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE specifically employe name JAS (didn’t give full name) but proudly said his name is enough and he don’t care for any complain and feedback.
I have order online for pick up. They pack up the order missing items before leaving the counter I have asked lady is everything there and she confirmed yes sir. After reaching home we noticed they forgot 2xpopcorn chicken and 2x salad. I tried calling them but they didn’t respond the call. So I have to drive with all food and they again prepared the order. I was checking before leaving they said everything is there. But in re doing he forgot 2 pc chicken.
What an inconvenience first you wait to prepare order , go home come back and again you found incomplete order. What a mess. To hide his mistake he had started showing attitude. KFC reputation is at risk.
I don’t prefer to giving single star to this location.

Ordered delivery, I received no call no email no notification from the app that my food was delivered (meet me at door BTW, not leave at door) also replaced a bunch of my items for others with out notification or asking.. I'd would have rather had my money back..

I'm giving a two star review based on service. Visited this location on October 17. My order was 4 famous chicken sandwiches. I was informed it would be a 12 minute wait as they needed to cook more. I was asked to park my car and re enter the drive through after 10-15 mins. I ended up going inside because the drive through was now lined up and not moving. After going inside and letting them know I was the person waiting from the drive through they ignored me for 15 more minutes. After demanding my money back they finally figured out how to make my sandwiches... If you want to wait 45 minutes for something visit this location, otherwise go anywhere else

The manager with specs is really doing a spectacular job. She made sure my kids got the fresh food that too with top notch service and speed. I feel store needs to upgrade to Taco too, my kids really love it.
