$16 for a large pop corn chicken and they didn’t even fill up the container? Bun on the spicy zinger is cold? Told me it was a 6 min wait on the zinger and the pop corn chicken and it’s still cold? Am I missing something? I live 1 min away from this location and it’s still cold? Don’t work in this industry if you don’t care to work.

We bought food for 3 people and needed an empty cup. The cashier said she would charge me $0.25. For an empty cup. Extra. Corporate greed has no limits. We had bought enough food that KFC could spare a cup for a paying customer. I never get this treatment at Tim Hortons, for example. That's a new low, KFC. Or, is that an American thing coming into Canada?
Came in and didn't really know what I wanted. Ask a few questions and got the best deal.

Worst KFC EVER 9 times I called, and never answered, I called while walking in and they just ignore the phone. They never have what you ask for, even tho they show on their location as available.
