Very poor, immature customer service.
I ordered a Spicy Plant-based combo and received a regular Plant-based combo. Mistakes happen so no big deal. But when asked to make a correction, the employee must not have thrilled.
She made a point of sending a burger that was sloppily put together with an unnecessarily excessive amount of the spicy mayo slathered both inside and outside of the burger.
It was disgustingly messy. I spent a good amount of time wiping off the excess sauce just so I could hold the burger to eat it.
To add to the foolishness, when I initially made the cashier aware of the mistake, she kept saying to the sandwich-maker, “You made it with Spicy, right? You made it with Spicy…” (Blatantly disregarding the sandwich I was holding in my hand.)
No ma’am. She did not. And everybody knows, just as I had pointed out, that Spicy mayo is orange and regular mayo is white.
