The chicken was extremely fatty, undercooked, soggy and given all wing and thy pieces. We had to throw everything away. Fries were cold and stiff. If I could give absolutely no stars I would.

Ordered two meals thru the app for dine-in to save some time. Got the order with NO condiments/tissues. Went to the counter for ketchup and tissues and the guy hands me 2 of each. Is that the standard for 2 meals? I have had KFC a few times before and they always put in a few tissues and condiments but this visit was just disappointing. Never going back.
I really love this kfc over any other location. they never skimp you out of any portions of food. you’ll rarely see they give you tiny pieces of chicken and if they do they just give you an extra piece. there’s never been a time where i’ve been disappointed from the serving sizes at this location

Gross! They are serving HALAL slaughtered meat now. Absolutely despicable! Especially in Brampton where the majority of people are Sikh! We Sikhs do not eat halal or any ritualistically slaughtered meat. Many of us are unknowingly eating it. Horrible.
