ZERO STAR, employ not using gloves , at least employ who is preparing the food , must wear gloves . Owner or manager can check 2 girls @ 9 40 pm ,hair setting each other at front counter , locks odd infront of customers
The worst customer service in all kfc in brampton. They wont inform customer about the deal for the day & even the manager is hard to communicate with. This is my 2nd time experienced the worst service with them. Definitely not recommendable & not buying from there anymore.

Absolutely terrible experience with KFC. I placed an order and not only was it randomly cancelled with no explanation, but when I called to ask what happened, the customer service was awful.
The woman who answered didn’t even greet me, just repeated everything I said like she wasn’t listening. When I asked why my order was cancelled, she couldn’t give me a straight answer and clearly didn’t understand what I was saying. It felt like I was talking to a wall. No apology, no solution, no accountability.
If you’re hungry and want reliability and basic respect, look somewhere else. This location clearly doesn’t care about their customers.
