Employees are lazy. Came in later in the night when it wasn't busy at all, it was just me my girlfriend and 1 other customer. There were at least 4 or 5 employees inside blasting music and chilling. Took forever to take our order and make them, on top of that they were being lazy and didn't want to put more fries in the fryer so they tried to fill up a medium fries box (only halfway) with whatever was left and tell us that it's equivalent to 6 small fries which is what we ordered. On top of that when we got home, a lot of the order was messed up, got no dipping sauces that we ordered, and the burgers were all dry because they cheaped out on sauce. Most of the chicken was either overcooked or just really old been sitting pre cooked for a long time because it was pretty hard to eat.

Would not recommend anyone come to this kfc.

Very poor customer service at this KFC location.
The manager’s behavior is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have faced this issue 10–15 times, so this is clearly not a one-time problem. The way the manager speaks to customers shows a complete lack of basic manners and respect.

This is not about racism at all—it’s about professionalism and customer service. If someone cannot communicate politely, they should not be in a customer-facing role.

We visited this KFC around 9 p.m. for dinner, and we were the only customers in the restaurant. Despite that, the tables were dirty, the garbage bins were overflowing, and the washroom was in terrible condition. We ordered dine-in, but the employee packed everything as takeout and handed it to us—no tray or anything. On top of that, the cheese curds in our poutine were cold. The staff members seemed more focused on watching something on their phones ignoring the store .

We went there today on Sunday at 12.15pm. While ordering we told the lady at the counter plz don't give us old chicken. When we got the food, in the first sight we noted the chicken was very old and staled. We tried to eat it and i was about to vomit on it. It smiled disgusting. It looks like they have cooked it yesterday. We also got fries which was old. Terrible place and very unsafe food for health. The chicken popcorn was hard like rocks. KFC lost its reputation because of these irrational franchises. Not sure why KFC can't maintain its international standards in Canada specifically in Brampton.

I had an worst experience in the store when i was went to picked up my order. First of all the punjabi girl who was worked at front desk at 12:30am did had any customer service skills. She gave me wrong order and said that she did not have corns and she put the macroni without asking me.when i checked the order and told them why you put these things without my permission she shouted from the kitchen area that what should i do like she is working in a fish market.whole staff are rude and non professional.even dips are not in my order and no ice in the cold drink machine. Staff are also not aware the things going on in the store. Worst worst experience. Worst staff worst store.

Poor service if i could give them negative points i would love to do that all the staff were have an attitude and also have no manners at all how to talk i don't know how they get hired if they even don't know how to talk to the customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. When I asked to use the washroom, I was told it was closed — even though there was still one hour left before closing time. As the conversation continued, the staff member also mentioned that dine-in service was closed. I was shocked to see chairs placed in a line to block the path to the washroom area.
When I asked if there was any notice or sign about the washroom closure, she said it was her manager’s instruction. If the washrooms are going to be kept closed before closing time, this should be clearly mentioned at the entrance. Also, dine-in should not be considered closed while there is still an hour left for customers.
The staff member’s attitude and way of speaking were very unprofessional — 0 out of 100 for customer service.
Please look into what’s happening at this location. I highly do not recommend visiting based on this experience.

I had a great experience at KFC today. The employee Ram gave us excellent service — he was very humble, polite, and made sure we received fresh food. His positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. I think KFC should recognize and promote him for his hard work and dedication.

Tell me why I went to this KFC for Lunch. I got there and ordered at 12:20, why did it take them 45 minutes to finally give me my order. That’s not it, my food was also lukewarm and stale. They didn’t cook my god damn chicken properly. And they had the audacity to say I tried to steal my own food, I showed them proof of me buying it and they still say my receipt was fake and I was lying.
