This KFC has the worse customer service the manager who is working at 618pm Dec 18 2024 does not know what she is doing. They change my order without informing sending me food that I am allergic to and they do not want to fix it. I suggest you hire personnel who understand the customer service industry oppose to cheap labour. I am completely frustrated with the services. And it embarrassing that you have such a inexperience manager working. And to top it off even though I was very respectful. She hung up the phone on me. Good job KFC hiring your staff!

Such a bad experience
Cook at the back was too rude. Even I ordered online for dine in they give me order in a bag and when I placed second order it was same and I asked burger to cut in half and cook at the back replied that they don’t have knives for burger to cut in half.I paid for food didn’t ask for free food. Cook must be retrained by company for good customer service.

i have no words. i cant imagine a single reason why my burgers looked the way it did- grey and soggy… and i cant even get a refund for it… i was so hungry and i just wasted $20 to uber this…. and now i have to spend another hour on food and recovering from the sight of these burgers🥲🤢

I am absolutely upset about the customer service I have recieved from the staff. I have placed an online order and when I came to pick up and ask for ketchup, I was told that I am unable to have ketchup as it has to be requested in the app- in which it didn't have an option. The staff member didn't even give me 1 ketchup packet at all. Isn't ketchup free with any KFC order? For Christ's sake- it's ketchup! I spent over $20 for a meal for my family to have a dry meal. I can't even call out the staff member because no one has name tags. Absolutely pissed off. On top of that, all staff members were speaking in another language and there was no English that was spoken. How do I know if my meal is tampered with because I don't know what they're saying? Barely any English is spoken in this location. Ridiculous.
This is my third time here and this branch seems to be in real cost saving mode.
Staff don’t ever greet or smile, seems like they are not getting paid
You do dine in with the family but they never offer trays or the plates
They never give ketchup, it can’t be coincidence like no matter when and what time of the day you come it’s always the same.
Staff don’t even speak good English and is not familiar of the kfc coupon offers received in mail or on the app unless you show it.
Overall, no complaints with the food or ambiance but the staff needs training or maybe it’s just management directions on savings 🤷♂️

The lady throwing water outside trying to clean the side walk. She saw me walking out and continued to throw water getting my shoes wet. I’m sorry but who does this, and continues to say don’t worry it’s not wet.
I got a go bucket and she gave me half the amount of chicken and fries I usually get. Gives me no sauce or doesn’t bother asking me either. What type of service is this. No wonder they only have 3.3 stars. Find other people to provide better service. This is ridiculous. I just want some good food and service for my lunch. We’re all tired of work, doesn’t mean you have to provide bad service.
You can see in the picture, this is not a GO BUCKET. do your job properly or stay home

I ordered in recently..apparently the cost was $5 ..then pro predicted for driver tip...driver refused to speak in downstairs lobby..knocked once and left my food order on floor as I opened the door...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM OR USE THIS PLACE AGAIN...MY HUSBAND WILL NOT ALLOW SUCH BEHAVIOR...IF HE MEETS DRIVER HE CANNOT WAIT TO BRING HEAD OFFICE IN

This store since it relocated has gone to crap. We ordered $150 worth of food and they sent out two combos. And the only reply is call Uber we can only send out what we see. Customer service is what should matter Not steal money. If you can not manage to service a line of work don’t accept it. You use to have quality drivers that all seem to have left due to the changes made !!

If I could give this place a zero I would. They don’t speak English .. they are laughing in the back. The chicken was raw and I had to drive all the way back for a new one. Refused to give me a refund .. even the other one was booked properly
