I get in the drive thru lineup and then get told it's going to take 25 minutes for them to prepare the chicken. This is a KFC, I'm not sure what they're doing if they aren't preparing chicken. Even more frustrating is that I'm stuck behind multiple cars and they have extremely slow service, with no way out of the drive thru line up . First time coming to this location and it will be the last time.

I waited in line for about 5–10 minutes, but it seemed like the staff were mainly focused on the drive-through and didn’t really prioritize customers in line. I had also pre-ordered my food 30 minutes in advance, but it appeared to have been overlooked, and I had to remind them, but all I can see food is being prioritized for the drive thru . Overall, it felt like the staff could be more organized.
Always go thru drive unless your okay to wait

My experience is aligned to others. I ordered food using the app, but arrived 20 minutes early. Somehow the food was ready. I questioned that and was told everything is still hot and I can check. I did. Fries were missing, same with the dips. And yes the food was cold. I gave it back and asked to redo. They did and yes it went beyond the 20 minutes. When I stated that fact the food was cold, but was told it was fine, the attendant back tracked and then just walked away. No apology. And finally, I found a new fact when I got home, they freeze their macaroni salad. I know this because mine was half frozen making it inedible.
I am very disappointed with their service. I ordered via Uber eats and driver reach there and wait for 15 min and its took 40 min to showing that they are wrapping up the order. I called them then they completed ther order. This the first time I order online from this location. Will not going to order again.

The worst KFC in the GTA, for sure. Slow service and poor food quality each and every time I’ve had the displeasure of visiting this dump. I wish I could put zero stars. The only thing worse than the food are the staff.

Terrible customer service, over 20 mins in the driveway thru with only 6 cars ahead, I asked twice to confirm my 2 sauces for 2 popcorn chicken were in the bag, I went home and there was no sauce, I ordered a macaroni salad and received coleslaw, called the store to let them know I had an issue and the lady hung up the phone on me and when I called back they stopped answering the phone. Not the first time having issues at this location, will not be returning.
