I recently visited the KFC at 45 cherrycrest drive, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken was greasy and lacked the usual crispiness KFC is known for, and the fries were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out for a long time.
Additionally, the overall flavor seemed off, and the meal didn’t feel fresh. It was clear that attention to quality and preparation was lacking during my visit. For a brand that’s usually reliable, this was a letdown.
I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and overall service. At this time, I wouldn't recommend this location.

They work like a family and for me I prefer coming here even though there is one KFC near my house but i come here. Rest food is really finger licking good.

Wonder why your restaurants 3.4 star. These people don’t understand English so I don’t know how you have people work in there that don’t understand when somebody asked for fresh fries. One day this company will be out of business. They don’t care about their customers. They only care about profits. This place is a joke. I would tell everyone to stay away from this location. They don’t even hire people who speak English or understand English
