Their chicken portions are ridiculously small; a 2-piece combo meal looks more like chicken wings than an actual meal. Very disappointing and not worth the price. Paid $35 for one 4 pc and one 2 pc I though combo comes with the fries as well so there was none

Horrible service Unprofessional staff They take extra 20-30 minutes on every order Talking in punjabi with each other, shouting in front of customers. Customers were waiting in line but they only talking to each other Mine take extra 30 minutes and they are giving excuses like our screen is full, we can not take more orders until we finish the big orders. Very very unprofessional staff. I don’t think even a single person was responsible over there. Management should take action.
I recently visited the KFC at 45 cherrycrest drive, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The chicken was greasy and lacked the usual crispiness KFC is known for, and the fries were cold and stale, as if they had been sitting out for a long time.
Additionally, the overall flavor seemed off, and the meal didn’t feel fresh. It was clear that attention to quality and preparation was lacking during my visit. For a brand that’s usually reliable, this was a letdown.
I hope the management takes feedback seriously and improves both the food quality and overall service. At this time, I wouldn't recommend this location.
