I was disappointed with my recent visit to Khalsa Pizza. The pizza was served really cold with a 10 minute wait, and when we asked to have it warmed up, it took about an additional 15 minutes just to reheat two slices, which felt excessive.
We ordered the mix veg pizza slices, but it was mostly loaded with green bell peppers — an overwhelming amount — and lacked balance with the other toppings. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very enjoyable.
Whereas at a typical slice pizza spot, it’s usually quick and easy — you pick it up, eat, and leave. I honestly feel like ordering a whole pizza might have been faster than waiting to reheat two slices.
In my opinion, there are other local vegan pizza places that offer better quality and overall experience. Hope they can improve on consistency and service.
