The service was terrible, staff was very rude. We have waited 20 min to have table and it was not busy but the server kept saying give me moment. They should value their customers. Very disappointing. I will never visit again there.
The food was not palatable. It was not only very spicy but the masalas were so rich. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely Unprofessional, Dishonest, and Incompetent Management
I would give zero stars if I could. Our experience with this restaurant and its owners was an absolute nightmare from beginning to end. The level of disorganization, unprofessionalism, and disrespect shown by the management and staff is completely unacceptable.
We had a confirmed agreement with clear terms for our event — and they violated almost every one of them. The owners failed to disclose that another event was booked earlier the same day, as we were told we would have atleast 4 to 5 hours kf setup time, and we only discovered this when our decorator arrived at the agreed setup time. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary chaos and delays.
When we raised legitimate concerns about their repeated breaches, the owners threatened to cancel our event altogether instead of taking accountability. They also refused to serve food until the full deposit was paid, even after they continued to act hostile and uncooperative.
We had also paid for a premium bar package, which they failed to deliver. When we questioned this, they arrogantly replied, “show the contract,” despite being in clear violation of that very agreement. To make matters worse, food service was delayed and hostility continued throughout the night in an attempt to make our experience worse.
This establishment operates with zero professionalism, zero integrity, and zero accountability. The owners’ behavior was rude, confrontational, and completely unfit for anyone running a hospitality business.
Our event was meant to be a celebration — instead, it turned into an ongoing battle to get the most basic terms of our agreement respected.

Our experience hosting an event here was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We were promised by the owner that we could begin decorating in the morning, but on the day of the event, we discovered (through our decor vendor) that another event had been booked earlier that day without informing us. As a result, we were told decor could only begin one hour before our event — completely going against what was agreed upon.
When we arrived to discuss the situation, the staff were rude and dismissive, even threatening to cancel our event entirely minutes before the event. After we mentioned we would be sharing our experience publicly, they allowed guests to enter but refused to serve food until the deposit was paid immediately (despite the agreement that payment was due the following day).
Throughout the event, there were multiple delays, disrespectful behaviour, and a complete lack of professionalism. We had booked a premium open bar, but guests were denied soft drinks and were asked to “show the contract” at the bar — which was absurd and embarrassing. Lack of understanding between the owners and servers, they were making contradicting statements throughout.
To make matters worse, after the event, we noticed a sudden increase of fake positive reviews mentioning server names — clearly an attempt to drown out genuine feedback. This speaks volumes about how they handle criticism and customer experience. Overall, this venue failed to deliver on multiple promises, was unorganized, unprofessional, and unnecessarily stressful.

The service has become terrible here compare to my past visit few years back. We ordered appetizer and main course and appetizers include wine for $7. After a while server came with main course directly. When we told them that we were not served the appetizer yet. She told well “we can have main course first followed by appetizer”. These were literally the exact same words. When we refused, she went back and after 5 mins the head server came with same main course directly. When we said the same thing, she said that our appetizers were never placed for order. Then when the bill came, she charged us with the full price of wine instead of discounted price with appetizers. When questioned, they started giving explanations instead of agreeing to their mistake. Any decent restaurant would have discounted the bill without asking.
The quality of food had gone down. The chicken lababdar’s chicken were like rubber pieces.
Ambience also not good. There is nothing to be amazed about the place . There are lot better restaurants in the town with this much money to spend.
I see lots of bad reviews recenly. Hope Mr Sanjeev Kapoor reads the recent bad reviews of the restaurant and take some actions

Very Disappointed – Unprofessional and Rude Staff
We hosted an event here and had a very bad experience. We were told we could start decoration 5–6 hours before, but when our decorator arrived, they were not allowed to start because another event was still going on. This caused a big delay and stress.
Our package included a premium bar and unlimited soft drinks, but the staff kept asking our guests to show the contract and said these were not included. They even refused to start serving appetizers until we made full payment
The staff also misbehaved with our videographer and even threatened to stop the event. They were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout.
We are very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
