Kibo Sushi House - Mount Pleasant

Disappointed with the customer service. I ordered through Uber Eats, and TWO items was missing from my order. When I called the restaurant, there was no effort to help or resolve the issue. Uber said it was not their fault and the restaurant took no action. It felt like I was completely on my own. On top of that, I could hear staff in the background making negative comments about customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be supporting this business again.

Food was great. The server was very rude, she needs to fix her attitude.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered came from the guy working the front. They gave my order a way to an Uber driver and instead of making me new food he made me wait 20 minutes for the Uber driver to return back to the store. I asked for a new order he said go make a bad review I don’t care. Will never support this place again.

I dont know about the food , but I m an Uber driver and I was picking an order and requested them to use washroom and they politely refused by saying “Sorry, ITS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS USE”. - am picking the food for customers only. So rude

The avacodo was spoiled... Disappointing... Brown spots on an avacodo usually means it won't taste good! Also got the tail end of a tempura shrimp which is mainly shell.

Very quaint hole-in-a-wall with a very cozy atmosphere and amazing food and staff. It was tricky to find parking but it was worth the effort several times over.

Ordered Uber eats tonight. The rice was so soggy and overcooked. Gummy rice nightmare, the texture was so disgusting. Couldn’t even eat more than a bite. Will never order here again.

Amazing, high quality sushi. Everything is made fresh for order whilst sitting down and ordering a la carte. One of the employees, Carmen, is extremely friendly and welcoming, and always has the best recommendations. Every meal comes with a free dessert, usually fresh fruit, candy, or sometimes even a slice of cake. Highly recommend!!!
