Poor staff and customer service. I was fasting and I ordered takeout and left. My bus was running late so I decided to break my fast at the restaurant instead. I noticed two tables were completely empty and asked the staff if they can make my takeout into an in dining instead. They refused. I left frustrated because I have only ever spoken so highly of this restaurant. I went to a neighbouring restaurant to sit and eat instead. While I was seated waiting to break my fast I decided to call them to let them know that it was very disappointing how they handled that especially since I have had ladies seat me inside even if I order from Uber.( They easily make accommodations for days/times that are not busy. ). When I googled their number I realized the store was 20 minutes from closing and they already had guests seated and my food was already ordered. In no way form whatsoever, was seating me for 20 minutes before store closing going to affect their business. Not only was the girl avoiding/dodging my request to speak to the manager she was also so inconsiderate in making any room to fix her mistake when she realized 15 minutes to seat a client inside was only going to correct her poor customer service. Embarrassing service.

Wow! Just wow!The service is amazing but the food is fantastic!!! As a long time sushi lover, I am so happy that I no longer need to travel outside of Brampton to get good sushi. The spicy tuna, dynamite roll and yam tempura sushi are all great choices but so is everything on the menu!

The food was fresh and tasty, and the presentation was nice. Even the salad, which is always fairly basic and ubiquitous, had more flavour and freshness than in other sushi places. The service was good. Only the atmosphere was a little less than ideal, as the seating area is very small and there are a lot of people coming and going for delivery pickup. Parking is a bit tough; you might have to park a street or two away.

Ordered the maki platter C and oh my did it exceed my expectations! My mom loves sushi but usually only buys it from groceries stores — for her birthday we treated her to some restaurant quality sushi and she absolutely loved it haha not sure we can ever go back to grocery store level sushi again. We must’ve talked about how great this sushi was 9-10 times that night. Highly highly recommend. Definitely going to be ordering my sushi from here from now on.
