Excellent service from Shivam side really appreciate his service and behaviour towards customers.

I've been going to this place for years. Great food but the service at the pickup desk from the young female was terrible. Ordered 2 tandoori salmons and a full tandoori chicken. For some reason they packed the 2 full salmons in 1 box. Maybe to save a few pieces in total it had 10 pieces for 2 full slmom. The girl went to the back and changed it the portions were small for $21 each. I mentioned to the gentlemen who came up and he even admitted that the portions were samll as he pocked his finger in the fish. Very Unsanitary. The female was trying to blame it on the fact that i didn't say to pack them separately. If ordered 3 dishes they should all be packed separately. The extra container dosen't cost that much for the money cahrged. Waited 20 min for 2 extra pieces of salmon Very dissatisfied and disappointing. 3 separate orders for 3 people how is someone going to share salmon when they ordered separately. Also the female need to be trained on how to handle customer complaints and issues. We are paying top dollar for food, you are not giving it away for free. So i dont understand or appreciate to be made to feel like I'm asking for something that is not paid for in full. Hopefully they take the reviews seriously and make changes.

Searched reddit for the best takeaway Indian food in Brampton and saw multiple suggestions for this restaurant. No regrets, the butter chicken and palak paneer were excellent. My only suggestion to staff would be to increase the amount of paneer and chicken in the dishes.

The place is very great. I would recommend coming here. The food was amazing and the service was nice. Thanks to Mandeep Kaur. She is a great server. She was making us feel comfortable and asked if we needed anything

Worst tandoori chicken we ever had. There was no masala in the chicken and no flavour at all
