KINTON RAMEN BRAMPTON

The food at Kinton Ramen was excellent everything we ordered was well prepared and enjoyable. This was my first time visiting this location, and the food itself was definitely commendable. However, the service experience was disappointing. I noticed what felt like unequal treatment among staff members some employees appeared to socialize closely with each other while another staff member seemed excluded and disengaged. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and gave the impression of possible racial bias, which was unsettling to witness. I hope management looks into this, as everyone deserves to be treated with equal respect in the workplace.

Repeatedly ignored as a solo diner and passed between staff who clearly didn’t want to deal with me. On Jan 1, I was bounced from employee to employee and left. When I returned later, I was completely ignored.
That night, my delivery arrived with a HAIR IN THE FOOD! When I returned on Jan 7 to address it, staff smirked and laughed, passed me around again, and offered no apology or solution.
This isn’t a one off mistake, it’s a clear service and management failure. I won’t be returning nor recommending, at least i not this location this is brampton after all....Ps. get employees some hairnets and training!

I’ve had Kinton Ramen before at the Toronto location a few years back and it was excellent, which is why I was excited to try the Brampton location. Unfortunately, this experience was a huge disappointment. I ordered through Uber Eats and paid more than in-restaurant pricing. I ordered three different ramen bowls, each around $20, and all three were basically the same: lots of noodles, broth, and only THREE tiny pieces of pork in each bowl. Nothing even close to what’s shown in the photos. Spending $60 and ending up with what felt like overpriced noodles and broth was extremely frustrating. The portion and quality did not justify the price at all, especially compared to my past experience with Kinton in Toronto.
Very disappointing, and sadly not worth the money. Wish I could get a refund.

I ordered veg original ramen for me and they tasted so good. I love their flavour and all the veggies were thoroughly cooked.

We showed up with a party of 6 and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The food and the service was excellent and we'll be back there again soon! Thanks for a great meal.

I love Ramen but whenever I get Uber Eats from this restaurant it seems like Everytime I order from this restaurant the NEVER give enough broth- even when you order extra broth which is an additional $5.99

Broth is decent but their noodles suck, need to learn how to season their water. They taste like they are boiled in old unsalted water very bland and wrong texture

We had the beef miso soup and beef spicy garlic . The taste is not the same as it used to be . We prefer the location in Mississauga

Mid. Laughable protein portions for the price. Not sure why it is so expensive here. Buldak ramen tastes better than this watered down nonsense. Booths also have no cushioning, it is very uncomfortable sitting here to dine-in. Service was pretty decent though.
