KINTON RAMEN BRAMPTON

We were looking for a Ramen House near our place & we decided to try this place. It’s not a disappointment because the service was good, wait time is reasonable & prices are also reasonable. My hubby & I ordered Takoyaki, & their meal for 1 combo (we ordered Pork Ramen in Miso soup w/c came with a choice of side so we chose gyoza pork & a glass of pop). Their ramen soup bowl was big enough for the two of us (w/ hubby). The soup was tasty, noodles were not soggy. Takoyaki balls were good as well as the pork gyoza.

First off let me say that I have been to every Kinton in Ontario at least once at some point and have enjoyed their food for many years, but this location ..... yikes. Went here last week for a bowl of ramen and left with intense food poisoning. I know 99.9999% what food I ate here that gave it to me because I had a strong suspicion. The charshu meat slices that were included in my ramen stunk so bad like chemicals and tasted very old and very far dead. You know that taste that meat gets when its sat out for too long and gets that metallic taste and sawdusty texture? First thing that hit my tongue when I ate my ramen... but alas I didnt realize what I ate until I was destroying my toilet and washroom hours later. It was the only thing I ate that day btw I typically only eat once a day and lord have mercy did I choose wrong. Also, come on guys can we not have some cultural diversity here? Every other location Ive been to has a diverse team of workers that welcome you with smiles and that little greeting but this location is just sad seeing a bunch of indian workers struggle to greet people in a simple sentence of another language. Either train staff properly or hire a team of people who know what they are doing and are experienced.

Visited during lunch, server sat us down immediately and got our orders in. I ordered the beef spicy garlic ramen. The broth was spicy, creamy and thick. Two slices of beef a spoon full of garlic and I chose the thick noodle option. Noodles weren’t really thick but just right. I also ordered the pork Gyoza and fries. The gyoza and fries were nothing special.

Fantastic service. Great atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. But the food was lackluster and a bit expensive.

It was an amazing experience and the customer service was top tier. The food was exquisite and the atmosphere of the place is very calming. The interior is very cozy and the vibes are immaculate. I would recommend this location to everyone i know.

First time trying ramen , Went with a large group for a birthday , and the manager served us all our food from one side of the table.. so we never got any sides or anything an we paid for it. ?? never again.

Really appreciate the customer service! I am truly grateful that staff members went above and beyond, especially Amanjot Kaur, who provided compensation after a mishap. Definitely recommend coming to here. The ramen is really good too!

Got take out, food is way to salty… tasted really gross and had to throw out most of it. If you want soup get Pho Mi 66 … way better food for same price and portions are bigger! (This place is now blacklisted and I won’t ever be eating it again!)

I have given this location 5 chances being as it is the closest location to home and every time they get something wrong but the worst of all is the quality .. compared to almost every other location it’s no where near as good and it is very noticeable

I went here yesterday, and my experience was just okay. I expected it to be better. When we arrived, we were promptly seated, however, it took about 10-15 minutes until someone could come help us order. After we ordered, the food arrived relatively fast, we had an original pork and an original chicken. The original chicken was good, but in the pork one, the broth was pretty pepper-y which overpowered the taste of the broth itself, so all I could taste was pepper. The toppings were good, I had two pieces of pork, a few bamboo shoots, mushrooms, an egg and a sheet of seaweed. I ordered the thick noodles, which were chewy, and it was good, my only complaints for the pork was the broth, however the chicken was flavourful, and everything was in a good balance, so it was delicious. After we finished eating we waited for about 10-15 minutes more until someone could come to us, then waited another 10-15 minutes for the bill. The service and atmosphere were just okay because around us there were a lot of empty bowls from tables that were finished that havent been cleaned away for over 20 minutes, and the servers took a while to get to us, however, the overall experience was okay, they had a nice interior, and it gave a cozy feeling. As well, my friend has a lot of allergies, so they were very accommodating to him, and so we ate safely, which was another good part of the experience.

It was my first time trying Ramen in my life. I really like it. Start was really friendly and top service. Food was delicious. I would definitely recommend to try their Cheesecakes. The place was really full, as it was Friday. So, we do need to wait for some time to get our order. That's totally understandable. It's a perfect place for Ramen.
