Very good store, amazing employees, especially Anthony. He helped me pick what drink to get, it was so tasty!

I just have to share my experience about Maria! I first came last Saturday and she made me the perfect pearl latte tea, absolutely delicious. The very next day (Sunday), I visited the Bramalea City Centre location with my siblings and honestly, the drink there was nothing like what I had before it was disappointing. Today I came back to this location again, and luckily I saw Maria. I reordered my tea and once again, she made it so delicious and just right. She’s consistent, attentive, and clearly knows how to make the drinks properly. Thank you, Maria, for making my visits worth it every time!

I always go here with my sister, and I like their Cheese Milk Matcha Latte with Ice Cream. Their matcha is on the sweeter side tho - which I personally prefer, but you can always ask to adjust the sweetness level for this drink.

I also like their Kung Fu app - I get to collect & redeem points for free drinks! Highly recommended 👍

I used to love their bubble tea, but my last order was disappointing — the slushy tasted like plain water with no flavor. I won’t be going back. I gave two stars only because their tapioca is still decent.

Probably one of the best boba places in all of Brampton. Their tapioca was amazing!! Very sweet and chewy just how it should be. Their customer service is also out of this world!!! Someone named Maria helped me out when I had a hard time picking out my drink, SHE WAS AMAZING!!!! 10/10 would recommend, try the pearl latte brown sugar.

Rose milk tea, cheese milk with ice cream, ginger milk tea are my third favorite
Any chocolate variations just taste like chocolate milkshakes (nothing fancy)

This location has such good staff. I ordered a drink and waited 5 mins for it and it tasted amazing. Will order again! the pearl milk tea is the best drink on the menu! And also, make sure you sign up with your phone number for their rewards system!!!

I ordered my usual yakult green tea with aloe vera in the regular size. This has always been my favourite drink, and I like to treat myself to it occasionally from this exact location. Unfortunately, this time I found a ladybug inside the drink when I got home. I had to throw it out. It made me wonder what I may not have seen in the past with drinks that aren’t as light and clear.

This is very disappointing and raises concerns about hygiene and quality control. I’m not sure if I feel safe coming back, and I hope management takes this seriously.

I’ve included a video that shows the sticker with the order details and a full view around the seal to confirm that it had not been opened.

First and last. No customer service

Purchased two rose milk tea, and the drink got finished after 5 to 6 sips the container was filled with 80 % ice.

So worst not even worth for a $0, messed up and not a proper boba! Paid extra $1 for mango bubble one but very less and it’s so bad food quality!!! 😳😳😳😔😔😔😔the Management need to provide proper training to the staff which is so bad preparation not even mixing properly with sugar and even brown sugar was bad👎👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
