Drinks were delicious and staff was helpful as there was plenty of options to choose from!
I said less ice and these clowns out no ice. Also the drink tasted bad. Other locations my drink is good.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been in my life. I will not recommend anyone to come here. The customer service is really really disrespectful and rude. The girl that works there. She was so rude. I went there for the first time didn’t realize that the cashier is on the opposite side. I’m waiting where you pick up order and nobody told me that that’s not where you have to order. I’m standing there for a good 510 minutes waiting for someone to come help me, and she did not acknowledge the fact that I’m there then someone walked in the store ordering and then I realized oh it’s on that side so then I walk up and said well I’m sorry I was here first I didn’t realize this is where you order and then she started rolling up her eye and giving me dirty looks, and then I order and then she apologized to the guy behind me when I was fully there first it was so disrespectful and rude. I will never come here again. I would never recommend anyone to come here again.

Love their brown sugar pearl latte
I placed an order (#74) on 01 September 2025 for 3 pearl lattes with brown sugar, with the specific instruction to add only one or two cubes of ice. However, when I received my order, all drinks were filled with ice, which completely ruined the taste and experience.
On top of this, when I called the location to address the issue, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and began explaining the “level of ice” instead of listening to my concern. If I had been informed earlier that my request could not be accommodated, I would have chosen “no ice” instead.
This situation not only wasted my money but also reflected very poor customer service.
