Can’t go wrong with the brown sugar latte

I went there and it was my first time asked for recommendations and the staff couldn’t help and was very unwelcoming. not recommend coco is better I think

I got the grapefruit with peach popping boba. Very few boba shops have popping boba. Its really nice that they have 3 or 4 flavours too

Lady who took my order was so rude showed no emotion what so ever and seemed irritated when I asked a simple question never coming here again

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment I would. When this place 1st opened it was great, over the years quality has decreased and staff members are rude to customers. Not only did my daughter witness a customer ask a staff member a question about her drink and was given a rude response with an eye roll, but when I went back to have my drink re-made, was given the same eye roll and snarky attitude. Customer service is what brings customers back into your establishment which is who you need to survive as a business. I highly suggest you give your employees proper customer service training or fire them.

Got cheese milk matcha yesterday (can't remember exact name but something like that) I usually love their drinks but I think they add coloring to matcha, it stained my lips and teeth black lol

First time ordered bubble tea from them and was barely any boba
Second time go in store, wasn’t busy and three workers behind the counter
I was standing and waiting to be served for 7 mins and no one said anything they were all making themselves busy with other tasks

The matcha latte is my favourite, great quality and delicious. Also, the music is always so good in store
