Kung Fu Tea on Peel (Brampton)

If I could give 0 stars to this establishment I would. When this place 1st opened it was great, over the years quality has decreased and staff members are rude to customers. Not only did my daughter witness a customer ask a staff member a question about her drink and was given a rude response with an eye roll, but when I went back to have my drink re-made, was given the same eye roll and snarky attitude. Customer service is what brings customers back into your establishment which is who you need to survive as a business. I highly suggest you give your employees proper customer service training or fire them.

Got cheese milk matcha yesterday (can't remember exact name but something like that) I usually love their drinks but I think they add coloring to matcha, it stained my lips and teeth black lol

First time ordered bubble tea from them and was barely any boba
Second time go in store, wasn’t busy and three workers behind the counter
I was standing and waiting to be served for 7 mins and no one said anything they were all making themselves busy with other tasks

The matcha latte is my favourite, great quality and delicious. Also, the music is always so good in store

Not good. Got the black pearl brown sugar tea and there were like 10 pieces of boba and not enough brown sugar paste. It was just milk at that point.

My friends and I were here for bubble tea and it was my first time ,The 2 lady server with blonde hair were not so friendly I was just trying to follow up my egg waffle because Ive been waiting for few minutes since I ordered.They were both “suplada’”and gave me a sarcastic look and side eye🙄tsk!

I went in today and was served by an Asian worker who took our order. We asked for one Pearl Milk Tea and one Taro Milk Tea with pearls. For the Taro Milk Tea, I specifically requested 70% sugar. After waiting about 15 minutes, we received our order only to realize that instead of Taro Milk Tea, she had made another milk Tea. When we pointed out the mistake, there was no apology; instead, we were simply asked to pay the price difference.

When we finally got the Taro Milk Tea, it was so packed with sugar that it was undrinkable, and I ended up throwing it out. The Pearl Milk Tea was also a disappointment—it tasted like plain milk with no flavour. Overall, it was a total waste of money. Very dissatisfied with the service and quality.

I tried the Grapefruit Green Tea and it was an impressive flavour! Very similar to Jasmine tea, with a hint of grapefruit. I opted out of extra sugar; the agar gave it a hint of sweetness. Service was great and the wifi is appreciate!

This is the best location ever because of Sau. She was the cashier, very helpful and professional! The line was long and she handled each transaction quickly and accurately.

I've always enjoyed this place, and the tea is excellent. However, today the young asian girl with glasses at the counter seemed to be in a really bad mood, and it was clear she wasn’t happy with her job. Placing my order felt awkward, almost like I was inconveniencing her. A smile can go a long way, especially in customer service.

My favourite branch of Kung Fu Tea. We've been to a few location throughout the GTA, but this one by far makes the best Oreo Black Warrior. Definitely recommend!

I came to get drinks at 11:00 and they close at 11:30 this happened to me 2 times kids work there say that they ran out of stuff . Sorry i guess the owner should hire some one more mature

The beverages have an unpleasant taste, and the girl with eye glasses exhibited a grumpy demeanor, indicating reluctance to process our requests. Her attitude suggests that she hates her job, such a terrible customer service! She hastened our ordering process last night!

amazing drinks, fast service! we had the strawberry iced tea (so refreshing!) pearl milk tea (very noce but i reccomend a higher sweetness than 50% as it was a bit plain and bitter) and the taro (so nice)
