Is the Pearl milk tea same as Pearl Latte with brown sugar? Today, April 19, 2024, we ordered 3 Pearl latte w/ brown sugar tasted different from our previous orders.

Jason and Lloyd make the best drinks! They recommended the new guava drink to me and it tasted amazing. They were really professional and patient with me, as I am new to ordering bubble tea, they helped me pick out the drink I wanted. They definitely made me wanna come back again. See yall soon!

I visited today around evening and their Customer service was very bad . They dont greet their customers. The girl with specs was rude and put my drink on the pickup counter very aggressively and threw straw on counter as if she was not interested working there. I ordered mango slush with extra toppings of mango chunks and brown sugar pearls charged 2$ extra .There were very few pearls and mango chunks in the drink but only flavoured slush with too much sugar . NEVER VISITING AGAIN.

The place is convenient and spacious, if a little drab. The milk tea I got was decent, but needed a little extra oomph to make it really great.

Positive things are that they have a huge menu with different teas and beverages with bubbles and other topics. Negative is the terrible customer service. Employees have attitude, look unhappy, and are rude. Place doesn't look organized and clean also some tables are occupied with personal stuff from employees.

Bubble tea was yummy. Waffle bubble was yummy too.Bathroom on the other hand was gross. Can't tell when the last time it was cleaned... maybe last year??!!! no paper towel to dry hands, no dryer, floor dirty.The main area looks nice and has been cleaned often.

The employee with the red dragon tattoo on her neck was the only person working when I went into the store in the early afternoon. She was so sweet, and was able to put together my order of 2 large drinks and a matcha egg waffle very quickly. They all tasted great, and thank you!

I always always get the pearl brown sugar latte and I choose a different drink each time we go for my man, and he's never disappointed.The staff are sweet and help if you have dietary restrictions.This is my favorite location!Dietary restrictions: They have lactose free optionsKid-friendliness: There's lots of pictures and descriptions of drinks. There's booths to sit down in and they have cute little waffle things

I normally dont post reviews but, everytime when I visit, I see a middle aged asian man sitting at the staff table with a large ipad. He always looks unfriendly and usually lowers the "mood" of the store, as seen via body language of the staff. I've observed it several times on different occasions. I'd assume that he is a manager or owner of sort, customer tip: your demeanor influences others. PSA the drinks and service are fine?.

I spent my last day of the year 2023 in this amazing place. The Boba was 10 out of 10 and it was oof and funny taking a picture with that statue. Stay tuned for the video and can’t wait for you all to visit the cute place.

I have been here at least 10 times, and I have NEVER been so disappointed. My family ordered 3 drinks and a waffle and none of the drinks nor waffle tasted/looked like advertised or ordered. First of all, the brown sugar pearl latte literally looked like a milk tea and was missing the cream cheese milk foam on top!! I love their cheese milk foam but they did not even include it this time. I’ve had their lattes before with the foam and i can promise you that the foam stayed on top of the drink for 2 hours till i finished the drink. Look at this picture below, does that look like a latte!? Second, we ordered a taro milk tea with half sweetness but it was extremely sweet. I have been here so many times and I know what the drink is supposed to taste like. This was not it. Do better. By the way, the drinks came like this, we didn’t even take a sip.
