Need to badly improve on their customer service. Also, I got sick after eating their food, most likely food poisoning.

U say u grilled from both sides aye ? Dont send a bad order i like your food but not this make a new one if you see this or grill it more.

Taste wise the food was good but the quantity is abysimal. $6 for an aloo mutter sandwich smaller than an egg muffin from Tim Hortons is outright robbery. Definitely needs to work on your pricing or increase your quantity.

This franchise needs a serious wake-up call! Their disregard for customer feedback is appalling. The food is a disaster – either unbearably sweet or overwhelmingly spicy. I've tried a variety of dishes, from Dabeli and Bhel to Vadapav, Grill Sandwich, and Pizza, and every single one was PATHETIC. Forget an "Ahmedabadi touch," it tasted like a culinary crime scene.
Serving cold pizza and Dabeli is unforgivable, even if they replaced it. First impressions matter, and they failed miserably. Their excuse for the excessive spice? "The masala comes from India." What nonsense! They clearly lack the common sense to adjust the recipe or at least use more potatoes and less masala. It's like they're trying to sabotage their own business.
The service was a mixed bag. While they did replace the cold food, the negative impact was already done. The atmosphere was equally horrendous. The stench from the tables was nauseating, likely due to their disgusting habit of re-using filthy cleaning cloths.
Add to that the lack of proper ventilation, the suffocating air, the absence of AC/heating, the filthy parking lot, and the overflowing garbage in the dining area, and you have a recipe for disaster. This franchise needs to take immediate action to address these issues or face the consequences.

Only 1 staff! I have never seen mode size restaurant whose owner keep only one staff 🫢
Anyway food is good & staff (jiya) very humble & efficient but very much overloaded with orders & services, owner should put more staff to help customers

Went to kutchi king with expectation that it will be atleast at around 50% level to what I used to eat in India
Sadly it was nowhere close to it
When you are charging at premium price then who will get the cold dabeli with no freshness at all
Sorry to say the dabeli sold in Indian grocery stores are at better taste level and quantity

I tried dabeli and rose lassi there. Dabeli was too spicy and rose lassi was too sweet and was irrirtating the throat. Before that when i went there once , i finished the food and was looking for a bin to throw and the guy there asked me to leave it there , he will throw it. And today when i left the dishes on table , and i was walking out of the door , the girl called me back and asked me to throw the garbage in the bin. Why so unwelcoming? Please learn to be professional. I want you to please taste what u offer ur customers. Upsetting! Waste of money!

We ordered dabeli, Cheese chutney sandwich and Ghugharo sandwich. All the dishes were very spicy and waste of money. Their service was also unwelcoming. Ghugharo sandwich's capsicum and onions were not even chopped property. Even we can make much better than them at home. Not satisfied with anything. Pathetic behaviour too. Don't care for customers.
