First time trying and will definitely be back! Great customer service, the staff were super friendly. We came just before a lunch rush. We got the yuca con chicharron which was crispy and tender, as well as the pupusa revueltas (queso y chicarron) - with the coleslaw and salsa .. delicious!! Some of the best pupusas we’ve tried. Definitely recommend.

I don’t really write reviews but this restaurant deserves it this is the only Salvadorian restaurant that can make pupusas that taste good their Wilson location is horrible in every wayI have to say thanks to the great cooks I been to 8 Salvadorian restaurants in the GTA and none of them have good tasty foodThanks again for great food!!!

Update for consecutive visits and the still 5 stars everytime with great food and service!Such a great find in Brampton! Went with the family for the first time and the food is exceptional. Feels like you are eating fresh food made with love. Everything tasted authentic, service was great, prices are worth every penny. Can't wait to go back and new stuff. Nachos were freshly made and never went soggy. Ceviche and the saltado were so full of flavor and the portions were sharable with 4-6 people. Love this place!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian nachos and the cheese and bean papusa were delicious

My wife and I were simply impressed with the delicious food and polite and professional staff showing their overall down-to-earth, hard working nature who treated us with the utmost respect. It was our first visit to their restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday and La Guanaquita did everything in their power to make it a very happy and satisfying experience. Our of sheer kindness, my wife was given a complementary desert for her birthday. These smallest gestures can have the biggest impact for a positive long lasting first impression. We had a wonderful evening and will visit again in the near future. Telling our family, friends, and posting this positive review is well deserving for their outstanding service.
