A few days ago, I visited this location and had an amazing experience with one of the staff members, Fatima. I explained to her that I had accidentally placed an order from this store instead of another location. When I realized the mistake, I called the store and was told to cancel, so I did. Later, I noticed that Uber never refunded my money. When I contacted Uber support, they told me I cancelled too late and they couldn’t return anything.
I came to this Lazeez location and met Fatima. I told her the whole situation. She immediately picked up the phone and called Uber herself to ask what happened. Even though Uber said they couldn’t do anything, she still came back to me with genuine concern. She said she felt bad that I lost money without receiving any food, and then she offered me food so I wouldn’t leave empty-handed.
Her kindness truly stood out. She understood my situation not just as an employee, but as a caring human being. She went above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves recognition from the owner. Fatima made a huge difference in my day, and I’m really grateful for her compassion and professionalism.

First you order a large chicken on the rocks and they give you a regular, next you contact them and kindly request them to consider the matter but they don’t listen and instead just yelled “we can’t do anything” “ you have food to eat” . Like genuinely you are telling me that after getting my order completely wrong! 😳 . Next I ask to talk to their manager and they hang up on me !! Please never ever consider going to this location they genuinely don’t care or consider anything! They are very very bad! GENUINELY UPSET AND HARASSED BY THEM!
