Lazeez Shawarma

Very poor quality food , I am a regular but the quality of food dropped drastically, stale and old chicken used and the wraps made very poorly. I called 25 mins before for pick up order and they said it will be ready in 15 mins , when reached at the store it was not ready and girls were busy talking to each other. I usually don't complaint but I loved lazeez shawarma and do take out every couple days for my family. I wont be shopping at this location anymore. The wraps looked terrible and tasted so bad . Sorry for the store downfall . Please train your staff properly . I feel sick after eating that wrap with bad chicken .

Absolutely horrendous.

The guy behind the counter is absolute and totally irresponsible.
Called in at 11:53(Feb 14, 2026)for an order, was told food would be ready in 10 minutes. Reached at 12:15 and they were still making fries for my order…….their excuse “o the fries wet dried out so we had to make more’. 23 minutes to make fries for a regular half and half shawarma. On top of that he was RUDE.

At an earlier occasion I called to order. Just to confirm the right place I asked to confirm the location of the store, the same guy in return asks me “you can chk google for the correct location”.

This used ti be a good place and I ordered here every time………not any more though.

I always come to this location with my friends. And we always order on Uber to get the BOGO free deal. Yesterday I had a terrible experience. The guy was there making my order; he hardly put any chicken on my Chicken on the Rocks, and the same with the garlic sauce in both of my orders. When I asked him to put at least a decent amount of chicken which I always get not just some pieces of chicken to cover rice. He replied to me this is what you get on promotion orders like doesn’t it make any sense he said that in a very rude way so is that my fault you guys have served customers who ordered through apps and promotions. Then just take away the promotions I never had an issue at this location with any other employee but this guy has zero customer service and doesn’t know how to welcome anyone. Next time if I see him there I won’t be ordering I’ll just go to any other location but not this. He should learn how to answer customers politely I don’t care even if you give me less chicken or whatever but the way you talk to your customers and give them answers is what matters.

Absolutely disgusting food and service. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Food was not fresh my whole family got sick a few hours after. The staff was not friendly and very hesitant in serving. Never again

This is my second visit to this location first time was good
This time i ordered small chicken shawarma the time was around 2:50 am almost their closing time so the chicken was way too overcooked it’s so hard to chew may be because it’s been whole day it’s was on grill, i don’t know the reason but they should be aware about this before making the order
