I was really disappointed with my experience at this shawarma spot. I ordered the large chicken shawarma half and half, but the chicken-to-rice and fries ratio was very poor, barely any chicken for nearly $20, which felt completely unjustified.
What made it worse was seeing the server handle the cash register with gloves on and then immediately serve food without changing them. That felt extremely unhygienic and made me uncomfortable enough that I couldn’t finish my meal.
The server didn’t seem customer-centric and wasn’t serving appropriate quantities, which felt unprofessional. She should be better trained in basic service standards, especially for customer facing roles. She wears an apple watch. Old bee!
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. There are far better and cleaner shawarma options available.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience at Lazeez. I’ve ordered from them a few times, but the fries and rice have always been so bland. They never seem to fulfill my requests, like adding extra garlic or tahini. And the chicken was even undercooked.
On the other hand, I absolutely love the Lazeez on Mountainash Road. It’s a hundred times better than this one!

I just visited Lazzez Shawarma and ordered 2 chicken shawarma wraps. The girl preparing my wraps did an amazing job – everything was fresh and made perfectly. I really want to compliment her work because she made the wraps with such care. The manager was very polite, and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming. I really liked the way they all work together and treat their customers. Great experience overall – highly recommend!
