Ordered a chicken on the sticks. The lady working there re-fried the stale fries and served it to me. You god damn serious? That's a clear food safety risk. The fries turned out to be rock hard thereafter. Plus, the customer service here is completely substandard. People, please just stay away from this location if you care about your health.

As a regular customer of Sharmz Shawarma Main St N , Brampton, I was excited to try Lazeez Shawarma. Unfortunately, my visit was a complete letdown. I had ordered a shawarma wrap, but the chicken was served cold, which completely ruined the taste. The staff seemed inexperienced and untrained, which was evident in their indifferent attitude towards food preparation and customer service. This poor experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

This location is a hit or miss based on who is making the order that day. Had the oddest experience on a Uber eats pick up order today, firstly there is a 20%-30% upcharge on average on most of the items. This used to be 10%Eg- chicken wrap is 9.99 in store and $12.99 on app, which is fine given the convenience at lunch time.However my last order was very dry, and I asked them to ensure there’s enough sauce as my last order was not upto usual standard.They went ahead and charged me for extras without even communicating. They need to learn the difference between Extra and a standard level. This is very poor experience, I likely would not come to this location given their inconsistency in their orders. When asked the worker about the charge, he said “I thought you meant extra” so I put double.
