Love their veggie doubles. Its just the wait is sometimes very long and some of the staff is Lil bit rude. Other than that its all good 👍.

I must agree with other recent reviews, price of doubles has increased and the size is in fact smaller. The quality is also different.
I saw the business replied to that review indicating that’s not possible, something about a standard size, but good sir, it’s the truth. I’ve been buying here for years. Customers can tell when things have changed, and it has, not for the better.

The first time I have there double’s i never visited any other place but Lena’s for double and roti it’s the coolest flavour and taste to home for my must try

Ordered a few doubles and apps for lunch today, tasted great! Communication from the cashier could be a little improved- food was ready and sitting on the counter for a few mins and was received when I inquired if it was mine. Otherwise, worth the wait! Great food Lena's!

Great service. We got takeout and the food was good but was a bit cold so felt it wasn't fresh. I would still come back though hope for a better experience next time

I recently visited this establishment to order vegetarian dishes during religious fasting following my father’s recent passing. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The 'Pepper Roti' lacked the traditional inclusion of vegetables, herbs, and spices. instead it had only a very thin layer of potato and cheese. The edges were overcooked to a hard, brittle texture and contained no filling; it would be more accurately described as a 'potato cheese roti' than a traditional pepper roti. Additionally, the Doubles did not meet the standard of quality found at nearby competitors like Radica’s or Indar’s.
Beyond the food, the service was unprofessional. The individual taking the order was dismissive, and when I called to provide feedback, I was told I must drive back (I live a distance away) to return the item and was essentially told my future business was not wanted. Given the lack of culinary authenticity and the poor customer service during a difficult time for my family, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I will be telling my family and friends not to attend this location aswell.
