Lenas Roti & Doubles (Corner Queen & Airport, Brampton)

Very welcoming environment, I came on a day when they had buy one get one doubles which was a plus

The doubles here were so good! I had just one yesterday but it was really made well, tasted fresh not frozen. And the sweetness and spiciness was just right. And the chickpeas cooked perfectly! The cashier was also very pleasant :)

Amazing Service by Krishna! He is the face of company since I saw his working at front desk. Very friendly , And was very specific yo take mu directions for my order. Thank you Krishna.

They are giving very bad services And they are using the frozen rotie and they are also bad I bought the roti from here yesterday and it was bad I will now take that roti to the health department and I do not recommend anyone to go there

The food was really good. We got doubles which were fantastic. The bake and saltfish was a very generous portion. Tons of saltfish without fillers like cabbage. We also tried the fresh pone... delicious!! 😋

Krishna was so friendly and welcoming.

First time visiting this Lenas location due to Facebook ad and doubles promotion advertising,
doubles was good 👍🏻 but was a bit small for price ($4) but it’s probably due to the promotion doubling the quantity you ordered. I also got their lunch special (mini chk, a double with pop)and Callaloo, rice stew chk with macaroni pie for takeout so will update only if the quality isn’t good 😊.

Orderd a dozen roti for pick up Dec 20 at 2pm. I was unable to pick up at 2pm and had to get someone else to pick it up. It was 4pm and realized that it was not picked up yet so I called to apoligize for the late pick up and that someone is on there way, but instead got an angry guy telling me that it should of been pick up since 2pm and I'm 2hrs late and the person will have to wait. I get it but if your running a business maybe someone should of called me to confirm of the pick up and train your staff to speak to paying customers better. Ive been ordering from Lenas for years and other staff has been very nice and friendly. Was a bit taken back from this guy. Guess ill be giving the new west indian restaurant down the street a try.
