I tried submitting a complaint through the app but no one responded to me. I placed an order for pick up (at noon, for pick up at 5 so lots of time…) and all three items were undercooked and cold. The pizzas were doughy/undercooked, the crazy bread was soggy and cold and also tasted undercooked. I definitely will not return to this location (as from the reviews, it seems our experience wasn’t a one-off.

I was disappointed by the slow service at this location. I was initially told the wait would be 15-20 minutes, but it ended up taking almost an hour. What truly pissed me off was that the staff showed no sense of urgency, chatting with each other as if there weren’t any customers waiting.
The place had no chairs or tables, so the ambiance was pretty dull—just a bare space that didn’t offer much comfort while waiting.
As for the food, it was hot and fresh. I generally like Little Caesars, but after this experience, I’m considering trying a different location. It might’ve just been an off day, but I’m not sure if I want to take that chance again.

Little Caesars catch phrase is hot and ready, well not at this location !!!
I went at noon on my lunch break the place was empty and absolutely nothing was ready and was told it would take 15 minutes .
This has happened twice now and it's a total waste of time , the manager has instructed the staff not to have anything ready even though it's their slogan ...
Don't waste your time or money here !!!

How tf is a pepperoni $7 but a meat pizza is $13 when you barely added anything to it? Super rapey.
If you get crazy crust on the whole pizza (extra $1.50) and you happen to get one that was just made, it’s still pretty good. Not great. More nostalgic than anything else. Same as the crazy bread. But once this stuff sits for more than 10mins it’s certified cardboard.
Little Caesars was never great. The price and convenience was nice but they’re $7 now which is pretty much the same price as most chain pizza stores that are all better than this. $5.50 for crazy bread. Feels bad man.
This location was okay. They’re very tight with the cheese and the crazy crust topping. Best location is either at Winston Churchill/401 or burnhamthorpe/427
