Worst location. Never has hot and ready options available. Always a wait. Horrible customer service. Tried arguing about two crazy breads and sauce deal saying they don’t offer it. 3 times I’ve been in looking for pizza puffs. Never left with them cause there not ready

have been coming here since 2007 this used to be my favourite place. Now it is another one of those restaurants that cut costs and quality. Pizza tastes horrible the stopped the old spicy cheddar dip and replaced it with a Jell-O like one instead. Never fresh even when I pick it up right out the oven. How is that possible? So sad to see…absolutely disgusting Pizza these days and I’ll never come back.

Just came by 10 mins ago, confirmed my order twice just so they would get it right and guess what! THEY GOT IT WRONG.

It’s just one pizza I ordered. This isn’t rocket science. Disappointed to say the very least.

Poor manager/owner service

I ordered large pizza with crazy crust but but when I checked at home they didm,t do crazycrust. Ehen I phoned there answer was sorry girl forgot, instead of offering free pizza like other pizza buiness do they only offered free crazy crust which is $ 1.25. It meanes i will have to order again pizza again. This the way tgey run buiness. Never order again from this place

Completely disappointed they are racist and judgemental ive experience many encounters with them these ladies need to be fired at all cost as they only target black people and its not ok continuously one after another major disappointments ill never in my life order from here again this was not called for not professional they only target a specific race I lived here my entire life way before they got hired and never once experiences massive discrimination NOT OK !!!! PLEASE HIRE OTHER PEOPLE WHO TRULY VALUE CUSTOMERS ! I also will be posting a review on social media tiktok Instagram aswell so it gets out so people are aware of their intentions and behavior absolutely im Livid and appauld at how they treat humans comparing to other race mind blowing and not ok these employees will deseave the boss saying they dont harras and discriminate other race LIES they do i have alote of people ongoing who went here and had a facebook group talking about it which I will put in another review about the ladies in this store unbelievable unprofessional and they need to fire and hire people who have RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS ..HOW dare they talk bad about us and my mother How dare you! Not ok and I will make sure it gets out on all social media platforms for discrimination ! Racist and constant bad mouthing and targeting a certain race not ok ill never go here again and ill spread the word if thos review does get taken down at any cost to prevent people from knowing the truth on thos behavior whatever in the dark will come to light ill make sure it hits every social media platform their is ! Not ok I will never order here again ! What a disgrace whoever hired them needs to fire them this is not how the store should be running filled with people who are judgemental and discrimination never again !

Asked them what specials they had and the young lady working at the counter says, no specials but if you place order it will take 15 mins.

I did not ask how long it would take for the pizza. My question was about what specials they were offering. The signs on the window had 2 specials and a customer before me ordered one but I guess it's selective to who it's offered to?

Needless to say I left and ordered pizza from another place. I guess if you do not speak Punjabi, you get no deals because the customer before me was speaking in her language and got the special.

The thing about the Hot N Ready pizza is that it’s supposed to be Hot N Ready when you want to come get one. Seems like this location never has them prepared ahead of time. Typically have to wait 15 minutes for one. Might as well order a better pizza from somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this Little Caesars location, does not even deserve 1 star. The digital menu clearly advertised 2 dips for $1.19, but I was charged $1.19 each. When I pointed out the price on the screen, the staff told me not to look at it because “it’s not the right price.” That’s false advertising, plain and simple.

The establishment was dirty and unsanitary. I witnessed an employee rub her nose with the same gloves she was using to handle the pizza and then proceed to close the box. no glove change, no handwashing. Completely unacceptable from a food safety standpoint.
On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive throughout the experience.

I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend others avoid this location until they clean up both their food handling practices and their customer service.
