Little Caesars Pizza

Ive only ever ordered here once and the pizza was good but it is soo hard to contact this place. No one ever answers the phone.

Can't rate the food as I never got my order. I placed an order online for pick up...when I got to the location it was closed. Sign said temporarily closed for technical issues. I called customer service to get a refund...I was told the district manager and owner would call me within a few days...no call. I called back, same story....4 weeks later still waiting. They are closed but yet they still charge the credit card. How? How can you place an online order for a location that is temporarily closed. This is terrible terrible customer service. Please advise on how I can get my refund. Obviously calling customer service doesn't work.

I have ordered three times from this store. They canceled my order twice after an hour of waiting(was really expecting a good pizza after long working day) and third time they delivered half of the order and didn’t even refund it.

Worst experience ever. Never gonna order again from this location.

the italian cheese bread was raw in the middle, i spent $16 and it’s raw. i really lost my appetite with this one.

If I could give 0 I would. I think they forgot the little Cesear’s moto. Hot and ready doesn’t exist here. I went in for a couple of things and was told that the owner only wants a single pepperoni pizza in the hot and ready oven. I wanted a meat lovers pizza crazy bread and crazy puffs. None of which was hot and ready and was told that I would always have to wait for it to be made. Will definitely be taking this to head office.

Ordered 2 pizzas. No taste at all. Never going back .

Why on earth did they stop including the tangy marinara dipping sauce with the stuffed crazy bread? It completely ruins the experience. Eating stuffed crazy bread on its own just isn’t the same. Cutting costs at the expense of taste is a terrible idea. Honestly, without the marinara, I won't be buying stuffed crazy bread again.

The staff really needs to improve the way they speak , had a free coupon which she refused to give have written to main customer service office .. it is not about the item but about the way the customer is treated .

Every time I come to this location, the staff cannot listen to simple orders - I ordered the new Chicago style pizza They give me a regular classic pepperoni

Every time I come here there’s nothing ready. They never have carry out pizzas, nothing that’s advertised like the slices and sticks. Like the whole point of Little Caesars is hot and ready yet nothings ever hot and ready at this location.

the girl who was closing the store jan 31 is very rude and closed the store 15 mins before 11.
