We went to the Brampton location for father's day. There was lots of parking. Check in for our reservation was fast. It did not matter who was serving us, nothing was missed. Steaks were perfectly cooked. Medium rare actually came on our plates as medium rare. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant.

Table of four had fajitas. We all chose different ones. They were good, but could have been served with a little more of the onion, pepper mix. We usually go to the Lonestar at Dundas and 403 area and they were superior to the Brampton location.

We had lunch at this location a few days ago and had a great experience there. Our server was named Hennessy and she was very polite and kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything else. Over all experience was great. Friendly staff plus food was great.

3 of us came in here hoping for a wonderful steaks..both of us has top.sirloin cut and út was very dried ..taste like rubber..no tatse. Curly fries was good..onion rings were bit soft not as crispy as I'd like. Calamari was ok. One of my coworker had a salad and he couldn't eat but the waiter was nice enough to bring him the fries and not charge him.

My partner and I met out in laws here Sunday early afternoon (2pm) there were 5 of us total. Our server had trouble getting our drink order right (3 pops, 2 waters) - no prob we’re patient! When we ordered, he read it all back to us so we were happy. When the food came out (was a bit slow considering it was dead…) everyone got their meals except me- no comment or acknowledgement that mine would be right out. There were 3 burgers and we asked which one was witch between 2 and they couldn’t tell us. My meal came out probably 4 ish minutes after… everyone else was just waiting for me. I got chicken fajitas - I noticed that the chicken looked rather pink to me. I know chicken can be cooked and still slightly pink, so I waited till I saw a worker to ask them if they could confirm for me if they temp the meat to be on the safe side. (This is also the first time I’ve had to do this at a restaurant). The man who appeared to be the manager (in a collared shirt unlike the servers) was quite distasteful in his answer. He brushed it off and talked down to me and didn’t seem to care about my concerns and went on about how they have to or they get in big trouble. He didn’t offer to re check it for me or confirm with the kitchen staff. (I’ve worked in a kitchen, I know mistakes happen). Anyway, after he made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable I ate the chicken even thought I didn’t really want to. My family pointed out his lacklustre response. The server didn’t come back for quite some time. My water and 2 pops were empty for quite a while. He also forgot a sauce that we requested which took a while to come out. The refill of someone’s coke tasted off (they must need to change that bag) and we kindly told him just so he knew for others and he offered to take that off the bill which was nice. Overall, very disappointed in the service. The cost of going out to dinner these days ($200 ish) to have crappy service for the most part and to have valid concerns not taking seriously is disappointing to say the least. We usually go to a different location and will go back to that one moving forward.
