Always love stopping at Mackay for the famous patties and good slices. That said; at 4.47+tax for each it’s pretty steep for something that’s just pretty good. Certainly wouldn’t eat here often but it’s a solid treat once in a while

Definitely bad attitude from manager lady it seem like at front counter. The lady so racists I told her please heat My 2 slices . She throws it in the bag cold and Says thank you in a angry way . I'm like there cold she's like next customer . I believe there discriminating because I'm a punjabi sikh individual from Indian. Also had few buddies that didn't have the best experience here. Its a very catholic people environment they don't like punjabi people walking in there . Very disrespectful tone from the workers toward our community. Please avoid this store to all My punjabi brothers and sisters. There's a reason it's always filled with white people and black . Whenever a punjabi person tries to buy they act very discriminating towards him. Also My sister felt the same way when ordering. The lady is every rude and nice to other customers who are not Indian. They were very rude to My sister aswell when she tried to order and used hand gestured and bad language with her before yelling her slice is ready. No need for stuff like this .

Pizza has changed. Crust was super dry and hard. Used to be our favorite Pizza. Hope they switch back to how they used to be made
Went to McKays for the last year EVERY Wednesday! Always ordered it same time every week. Was always excellent! This time, not so much! It was as if it was an old one reheated. Dry, crust curled up like it had been there awhile and could barely see any cheese. Instead of making a Regular customer happy they had to have three different people argue with me before one of them finally decided he would make another one, but “it’s going to turn out the same” he said. That’s when I said OK never mind I’ll just take my refund. It was a $17 pizza!! All they had to do was say yes ma’am and cook another one. Now they’ve lost a customer who’s going to spread the word about the terrible service. STAFF WAS VERY RUDE!!! JUST COOK ANOTHER PIZZA AND KEEP A REGULAR CUSTOMER HAPPY! It was $17 FOR GOD SAKE!! I WILL TELL EVERYBODY ABOUT THIS!

Size is good got a extra large it was huge but quality has gone way downhill and price has gone up pizza showed up just about cold bacon was almost raw and the taste has changed so much sauce is so sweet now

This place has been a staple for many years. The pizza is excellent with generous portions. However, the old lady at the front has GOT to go. She barely knows how to work the debit machine. I asked her where on the machine to tap and all she told me was “I didn’t process it” and it took her well over a minute just to cancel it and put it through again. She’s extremely rude and didn’t even ask me if I wanted my slice heated up or if I was taking it home. Her hearing is also terrible, another patron there asked her very simple questions and she said things that had nothing to do with what he asked. With the amount of young people looking for work, I’ll never understand why workplaces decide to have employees that are so clearly incapable. Although the food is great, I’d go the other way if you see this lady at the front, she’ll make your whole day worse.
