Pizza meh... delivery service took 1 hr and 30min... and no answer when i called back 3 times to inquire about my pizza and atuffed patties. no one answered my phone calls or returned my phone calls.. poor service and the wait was not worth the pizza.. never going back.. i had such high hopes with all the reviews...

I ordered a pizza for delivery in Nov 2024 and it arrived undercooked in the middle and the crust was too hard. I called back and the employee who took my complaint down said I would get I discount on my next pizza and it would be noted on my phone#. Now fast forward to today when I just tried to claim my discount as I ordered and they said they have no record of it. The person who probably took my complaint down probably didnt write I would get a discount. The Mackay employee I was talking to today did not try to offer anything. It's just unfortunate because what if that employee who didnt write the note down for my complaint is making mistakes, like not writing down an allergy for a pizza...anyway the customer experience is very low rated and I probably won't be getting from them anymore. It's too bad because their walk-in slices and patties are a much better quality than the delivered stuff (which is the only reason why i have rated them 2 stars)

This place is nostalgic for me as I grew up around the corner and went here all the time when I was a kid. Still great pizza and Mackay patties are the best!

Super efficient service. Busy spot. Ordered a pizza with our typical toppings. Pepperoni, bacon and onion.
Ill start with the best part. The thin crispy crust. It was definitely the best part. Ok so the sauce, which was sparse, just tasted tomatoey. There was a couple of areas on the pizza where we could see the dough. Bare from cheese and toppings. We could not taste the pepperoni !! Bland pepperoni used plus....The bacon they use overpowered the pizza (we always judge pizza using the same toppings) so I'm qualified to say it overpowered. There was no stretch to the cheese. The pizza was edible, but I would not recommend. Sorry. The place needs a complete renovation. Giving an honest review.

I used to live 2 minute walk from this place 20 years ago and it’s still exactly the same.. incredible!! Let me tell you, in this day and age finding a good pizza joint especially in Brampton is next to impossible. But this place is totally worth it. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing their pizza is in taste and price and size. Their large pizza is equivalent to an extra large at pizza pizza in size. I ordered two large pizzas the other day and it had to weigh at least 5 lbs. Their pizzas are super filling, by 3 slices your stomach will be saying ok thats enough but your mouth will be saying i want more. No jokes. I’m just sad i live too far away to get it delivered or i would eat this every week. I now live 20 minutes away driving so it’s a once in a while deal for me. But the drive is totally worth it. They also have killer patties. I hope they stick around forever.
