Yesterday, (May 18th) about an hour before closing, my sister asked me to pickup her pizza for her. A pizza that I wasn't going to be eating. Upon pickup I said her name and asked if it was already paid for to ensure that I wasn't paying them for something that was already paid for. Self explanatory. A lady making sandwiches comes over, looks at the reciept then proceeds to look at me and say to me in a disgusting manner, "No it's not paid for". I asked her why she had to respond to me that way and she said it's because all day women have been paying for their boyfriend's pizza. I entertained her nonsense and told her that it's my sister's pizza and she went "eh".

This is the exact kind of service that makes a business lose customers. I wasn't bothering anyone and didn't deserve that kind of attitude pointed at me. All she needed to do was mind her business and focus on the sandwich she was making because her assumptions, judgement, and attitude won't get her or this business anywhere. I won't bother to step foot in here again and I'll let my family and friends know about this as well. Take care.

Really good pizza, can be hit or miss at times depending on who is making it I guess , 1 of a few places left in this area that still makes a real traditional style pizza and not like all the generic places that have popped up and use the cheapest ingredients they can find .

Parking: There are lots of spaces but they get filled from service Canada and an indian immigration place next door

So I’m guessing it’s new owners? Cause dear god first off if you have someone answering the phone TRAIN THEM ON THE BASICS OF ANSWERING A FKIN A PHONE CALL…the rudeness and then the carefree attitude pissed me off….quality of food gone down the drain, TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYESS ESPECIALLY THE INDIAN GUY AND GIRL ANSWERING THE PHONE TONIGHT AT 9pm waste of time and money

One of the few places I know that make a proper old school submarine sandwich. Being from out of town I stop whenever I'm in the area. I've only had pizza slices to go due to timing.

Very disappointment, We have been ordering from this location for 16 years and today we experienced one of the worst. I am a recent Muslim convert and haven't eaten pork for 2 years now. but today that changed. when placing the order i said beef and pineapple, but they sent out all pork base pizza, thinking the sausages was beef and no pineapple i let it be but then realized there was pepperoni under the cheese. i called and mentioned the mistake they have done...let me highlight some other members of my family EAT pork and arent Muslim . The lady on the phone said they would send out a free one since they made a mistake,never mentioned about the "exchange" policy. that being said my other members that eat pork started to eat the pizza.Delivery man came and said "WE NEED THE OTHER PIZZA" we were VERY confused in what happened no exchanged was mentioned and half of us didnt eat. he started to swear at us because we didnt have that other pizza and then said he has to call the manager and let us know.we looked out the window and HE WAS gone.called the store to figure out what was happening, a man answered (might have been it was a owner or manager)talking about the exchange policy, THAT we never been told of before.very sad to have experienced this and sadly took a bite not seeing it was the wrong thing.they were not being mindful to their mistakewe will not be ordering from here anymore.
