TERRIBLE. our experience at this marble slab today was absolutely horrible. Before going to the creamery we double checked online to make sure it was still open. It said that it was going to close at 10 pm and the time we reached there was 9:10 pm. The lights were on and the shop looked open, which it should've been since it was only 9:10. The door was locked but the lights were on, we saw one of the workers inside and signaled to her to unlock the door because we wanted to buy a cake. First she just looked at us and went to the back of the store without even acknowledging us. Soon after another family came by, they also wanted to buy a cake, they had also called before coming to confirm that the shop would've been open till 10 pm. We were all waiting outside, then the lady came back and just looked at us, came to the door and started saying that they're already closed, we tried asking her to open the door so that we can talk to her about how the timings online said 10 pm, but instead she just started laughing and giggling while going towards the back of the store. Like instead of talking to the two families who r waiting outside and politely explaining why theyre closed already, she decided to laugh her way to the back of the store. She was so damn arrogant. This is the absolute worst customer service experience i've had in a good while. HORRIBLE.

I have been buying cakes from Marble for almost 10 years . There cakes taste the same from day one. Recently I bought turtle cake for birthday everyone enjoyed it and icecream cake was super delicious and hit.

Poor customer service. Getting icecream is suppose to be a pleasurable experience but it was completely opposite at this location.
The worker who claimed to be the owner was very rude. I asked her to apply SPC discount and even though the SPC app said no student id required, she asked for it. Upon giving her my student ID she starred at it for a minute as if I am some criminal for asking for a 10% discount which was not even a dollar worth. She said she doesn’t give anyone discount because her register doesn’t work, made it sound like it was my fault ? Like I would have gladly taken an apology and not applied the discount but she made it feel like she was doing a big favour on me.
She took a photo of my student ID also without my permission. Terrible experience. I don’t expect a big franchise like marble slab to have such customer service. Never going back to any marble slab ever again.

This place is good, and a little pricy. The reason why I gave it 2 stars is because it irritated me that they declined my redeemable stamp card for a free icecream because all the stamps came from a different marble slab. They said that I had to have at least one stamp from the Marble slab that I'm redeeming it from. Now, what really bothered me is that I showed them my card BEFORE ordering. And after I ordered, I was forced to pay. They did not mention this at all and I found this very irritating.
UPDATE: They declined to give me a kid's scoop because I wasn't a kid. Lol. Pathetic.

What kind of eatin restaurant or even icecream shops does not have a washroom. Avoid this location, you can even wash up before enjoying the food.
