great service & icecream !

This is our 1st time purchasing an ice cream cake 🎂. Wishing your customer service rep who sold the cake would have advised hubby to store cake in the freezer. $50 down the drain literally. It melted in fridge. Some advice when it was bought would have prevented this.

Love Marble Slab. The selections are great and the toppings are delicious. Got a salted caramel with brownie mix. Also love that their cones are all waffle. Was a bit taken back that they weigh the ice cream but I guess it’s to be consistent. The service was fantastic and there are some really great deals on the app (had a BOGO deal). Just make sure to tell them about the coupon first to ensure it works. Also love the music playlist in the store, it’s fire!

It says its open till 10pm but the owner starts closing it at 9:30
The slab was closed early and didn’t even mention that it is closed before taking the order.

I had an excellent time here! The part I loved the most was how they have a section of the slab reserved for allergies. The staff washed their hands and put my ice cream on a clean section peanut free. They made me feel safe and acknowledged my peanut allergy. I will be coming back here in the future! Highly recommend this location!

This location is not good,I went today around 15 minutes before closing time I ordered one regular ice cream cone but when she served ice cream is already runny and melted ,when I ask why is like this she said is closing time all machin is off so… then why she didn’t tell before I ordered.it's waste of money
Service and staff is not good and not well behaviour.? ????

We went to shop 15 minutes before closing and order for ice cream.
When we received ice cream it was semi solid and almost like shake consistency .
We escalate to servant and she said our machine is not working.and could not do anything. She needs to inform customer about this prior to take order. After spending $$$ we did not received food according to what your store claiming.
Worst customer service . It looks like servant want to do closing of the day instead of attending customer and serve food.
Not satisfactory experience.

This location has the best customer service ever. The two girls behind the counter are great!!!! Ice cream is always excelent they have a great variety to choose from!. My boyfriend loves the milkshake!!!!

The cookie butter icecream flavour is soo delicious! The cones here taste pretty stale however as they are out in the open.
