Thank you Marble Slab for making my son's Hot Wheel Car ice cream cake! All the guests especially the birthday boy enjoyed the cake. The staffs helping me select the cake flavours and mixins for the slab cake was very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from this location next time for my events :)

We were at this location yesterday. Our first time trying Marble Slab. The girl serving there, Dhruvi, was very pleasant and helped us choose the right combination. The mixing of 2-3 flavours gave it a nice twist, alongwith the toppings of our choice, all included in the price. As a family we go to different dessert places and we just found one more to go to. We loved our ice cream and the experience at this location. Keep up the good work.

Marble Slab has always been one of my favorite places for ice cream—great flavors, fun mix-ins, and usually a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Brampton location on 10 Beaumaris Drive was extremely disappointing.
The staff at this store were unprofessional and unfriendly. There was no greeting when I walked in, and their attitude felt cold and dismissive throughout the visit. When I asked a simple question about the flavors, it was met with visible annoyance, as if I was bothering them. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
This is not what I expect from Marble Slab, and it certainly doesn't match the standard I've experienced at other locations. I hope the management at this branch takes customer service more seriously and addresses this, because it truly affects the overall reputation of the brand.
I’d love to continue enjoying Marble Slab, but I’ll be avoiding this particular location moving forward.

Service is good and taste is also good visit once for the taste.

This is our 1st time purchasing an ice cream cake 🎂. Wishing your customer service rep who sold the cake would have advised hubby to store cake in the freezer. $50 down the drain literally. It melted in fridge. Some advice when it was bought would have prevented this.
