Rude customer service by an Indian guy around 7:40pm today.Today I went and the guy told me that the topping will be extra even though I know and everyone knows and they advertised as well for Unlimited mixins when I told him about it, that I know, and I always buy the marble slab ice cream at the other stores, and the ice team includes Unlimited toppings , even though I only asked for 2 mixin he didn’t give me the proper scoop of Mixin and my scoop of ice cream was too small as well and he asked for extra money for it, I reminded him the advertising on the board but he said the management told him to tell this to customers…. so I won’t recommend this location and their ice cream was not even fresh the store at the heartland town centre in Mississauga have the best version of marble slab creamery, and their ice cream is always fresh and their customer service is always welcoming and warm but this location was disappointing to me I won’t go here again and won’t recommend… they are thiefs.

Me and my sons had a great experience at this location. It was nice and clean and the ice cream tasted amazing. Dhruvi provided great service and was very nice and pleasant with my kids :)

I would highly recommend to visit this place at least once they have lots of variety of ice creams and I love their natural flavours.
DONT GO!!We went in today to grab some ice cream and the Indian lady was already in a bad mood. We asked to try some ice cream, especially when I asked for the red velvet ice cream she was quick to say, “it tastes like chocolate” but I never asked that, I just wanted to try it. After I insisted is when she let me try it. Marble slab is known for its unlimited toppings, she said we can only get 4 toppings and after that it is $1. I checked in with another Marble Slab and they said we can get unlimited toppings. We called the lady and told her that we could’ve gotten unlimited ice cream but she’s no. When I told her I only got one cookie in my ice cream she proceeded to say that,”I put more can’t you see” and said it in such an aggressive tone. As I was telling her no and that she needs to change the tone, she ends the call on me. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the selection of ice cream is amazing. The only thing that got to me was the price. For almost $10 for ice cream you will be left scratching your head as to why you did not go to the store to purchase your favorite flavored Haagen-Daz ice cream. Regardless, if you want just a nice outing with family or friends to grab some ice cream this place is a good place to do so.

Great selection of ice creams and a vast variety of cones. When we went there was a single girl working but hats off to her speed and service. There was an influx of customers and she single handedly managed it so well, from offering to taste ice creams, to preparation to check out. The store should consider hiring some more employees so its not a burden on 1 single employee. We went at 9.30pm. Maybe its closing time but that's the time you would get most customers.

Service was amazing! Anna provided exceptional service with a smile . She was the only employee and we were a big group and she was quick efficient and always smiling . Definitely will be returning ! The ice cream was very tasty.
