female employee who works near by 4 pm and she’s is white lady was not helpful and understanding regarding the customer request who work on evening time was really rude for giving the service i hope marry brown work regarding their poor customer service by their employee , I am an regular customer , and this poor customer service is happened 3 time with me by same employee and ignored 2 times because I never cared but this time it’s enough by her

Forget KFC...not greasy, with a choice of spice level, decent fries, cole slaw and more...plus they're Canadian!I have never "dined in" but for take out and delivery... Excellent.
Worst experience this time don't know what happend ? in my opinion this is not a right way to make sandwich in last 5 years never get this much dry sandwich did you change your staff or what?
