Mary Brown's Chicken

First time ever trying Mary Browns and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the batters box meal which came with a great amount of food for $22. The food was hot and fresh with the chicken and wedges being crispy without being a ball of grease. Better quality service and chicken than any other fast food fried chicken place in Brampton, but you will have to pay a little bit extra. Overall, great experience for a fast food place.

We just visited today evening this store. The staff was not professional at all. We were new to order something and they didn’t even bother to suggest anything and were laughing the store front person with the two in the cooking area, it was not a good experience at all. If you cant greet your customer so at least not make fun out of them. Never visiting again this store.

Disappointing Experience on National Fried Chicken Day

I recently visited this location on National Fried Chicken Day and was shocked by the owner's behavior. After placing 11 orders, he complained like a baby about potentially losing $20. It’s just chicken; I didn't see the point in arguing. I ended up going to another location where I received great service without any complaints. I will never return to this location or recommend it to anyone else. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Excellent food and excellent service! This has become one of our top, fast food, go to spots. The food is always great. Also great is the service. The workers are very friendly and always ask how everything is. Great place.

We love this option for fried chicken, ever since I first tasted Mary Brown’s chicken we don’t get fried chicken from any other restaurant.
The food is delicious both the meals and the desserts and the best part is there is absolutely NO greasy aftertaste and no excess oil on my plate or napkins when I eat this.
Definitely a 5-star fast food restaurant.

They are slow AF. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time or through the app. They ALWAYS have you waiting. You can schedule a pick up time, but they will NEVER have the food ready and waiting for you. It’s disappointing because they are nice ppl, but fast food is not their thing. The food is good but never fast. Maybe this a the wrong business for them.

Checked off the option for dark meat (and paid extra) and received everything but dark meat.
Tried calling and no answer.

Apart from the food , the gentleman at the counter Riyaz is a delight. If you want to learn the true meaning of what customer service is, please visit this branch and see for yourself.
