Mary Brown's in Brampton is a franchise known for its good burgers, especially if you're in the mood for something spicy. Their spicy burgers have a reputation for hitting the spot, offering a satisfying blend of flavors that cater well to those looking for a kick in their meal. However, my recent visit left me somewhat disappointed, particularly with the quality of some of their other offerings.The chicken roll I ordered was excessively oily, to the point where oil literally dripped out in bulk as I tried to eat it. This was not just a minor inconvenience but significantly detracted from the overall eating experience, making it less enjoyable than expected. Unfortunately, this issue wasn't confined to the chicken roll alone. The burger patties suffered from a similar problem. They were overly greasy, suggesting that the cooking process might not have been as careful or as attentive as it should be.This experience gave me the impression that the staff, or perhaps the cook on duty, might have been in a rush to get orders out without putting in the necessary effort or attention to detail that is crucial for maintaining quality. Cooking, after all, is not just about getting the job done but doing it well, something that seemed to be overlooked during my visit.While I have enjoyed Mary Brown's offerings in the past, and their spicy burgers continue to be a draw, my latest experience at the Brampton branch was underwhelming. It's my hope that this feedback serves as a constructive note, encouraging a reassessment of how their food is prepared and served. Quality control, especially in the fast-food industry, is paramount, and I believe that with some adjustments, the Brampton branch can live up to the high standards set by the Mary Brown's franchise.

It feels simple and just an everyday part of business, however, Leah's understanding, clear communication and warmth stood out when she took my order over the phone. Hopefully I have her name correct, it's great to experience amazing customer service when the quality of services around the city has been diminishing.

Food is actually good. I ordered 5pcs chicken tenders combo. Chicken tenders came almost same size as fries. Ridiculous for $20 combo. I could get large pizza for this money.I'm often eating at Mary's on other locations and never had smaller combo. This location is permanently closed for me. Thanks.

Last time I was there a young lady with long brown hair was working in the kitchen preparing orders. Miserable looking. When I asked her to clarify I had certain lcs of chicken in the box just just scowled at me and told me whatever was in the receipt is what's in the box. Get my good home, open the box of chicken...should have been 9 PC's but was only 8. Popeyes for me from now on

Everytime I order in store or through delivery, these guys never correctly check the order and end up forgetting sides, such as extra taters or gravy that have been paid for. It's super frustrating as I order from this location very often and only find out once I get home.I don't recommend this Hurontario location as they are extremely slow with taking orders, filling them, and miss items that you pay for. This has happened to me countless numbers of times.The only good thing is the young people at the back who actually know how to cook the chicken right.Super frustrating otherwise.
