Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional staff members. My friend and I were treated extremely disrespectfully going through the drive thru. Please don't give these people your business, the food and drink tasted crappy also. I'd recommend avoiding this McDonalds franchise at all costs, hopefully they undergo some radical changes.

Awful service especially the older drive thru lady with a terrible attitude, and evening manager who not only encourages poor service but actively takes part in it. You’re better off going to any other McDonald’s.

Absolute disgusting service - drive through lady older women (think her name is Jackie) is extremely rude and has 0 patience. The manager made me get my own receipt after not helping when my code was not working.

Additionally, the manager said they have no Coca Cola. I asked for a refund, said he couldn’t do it. So I said what about the other fountain machine.. and he’s like “oh” and ended up getting me my coke. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you want to get rattled by rude people then you should go. The drive through lady and manager should be fired and investigated immediately. Visit date was September 2, 2025 - 8:30pm.

The girl working at the drive-through cashier needs better customer service training. She was rude, not polite at all, and her tone came across as miserable, like she didn’t want to be there. What made it worse was the manager’s response—she seemed completely useless and almost scared of her own employee. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Terrible. I was here Monday August 18th at approx 8:30am and the service rep first was giving a hard time by my inquiry on habanero as I was ordering on the kiosk and wasn’t presented with the option to add so as I inquired was met with a condescending tone “it was there, now you gotta pay 50 cents” and told me to order as I went to the cash she said “one second” and I then ended up waiting minutes as well when I placed my order for habanero with a muffin and coffee frappe I didn’t even receive the habanero I had ordered when she served me my muffin and what was supposed to be a condiment without my beverage until upon waiting similar to around ten minutes for , frappee, it wasn’t till another service rep came to assist and ask what it was I was waiting for and served me my beverage…. On a morning to get to work this is the opposite of how I wanted to start my day and would not recommend to others to order here. I only wanted a Goodmorning and was met with an attitude instead.
