When ever i order the food they don’t give the all the items which order they just pass the brown bag and the cx don’t have time to check its been now 3 time in a row

Had mcgriddle, as always it is mcdonalds which is my favorite and food is consistent, service was ok , i see bad reviews but it is always depend on the shift manager and the front desk server but tast of the food mostly same any where except some missing items

Extremely poor customer service nobody cares about you even you are standing
from two hours . And many of them are very rude , before renovations it was good but now i better suggest everybody if you are in rush never come at this location.

Very bad service. They don’t know what they are giving to customers. They don’t check the order. You pay the full amount and end up with getting half the stuff. Avoid this place. Better you go somewhere else.

I had the worst experience at this McDonald’s. The staff here are unbelievably lazy and careless. I went inside and ordered just two items (a combo and a hashbrown), but they kept pushing out 4–5 drive-thru orders before even acknowledging mine. First, I had to stand at the front waiting for a long time because there was literally no one available to attend customers inside. When someone finally showed up, the service was beyond slow and disrespectful. If you’re planning to dine in, don’t expect any attention or basic customer service here. Absolutely terrible.

Leaving this review because of all the others. How hard is it to literally read the ticket and put the right thing in the bag? Ordered large fries, got medium... Ordered habanero sauce, not there. Paid for both! Heard them say large fries and habanero out loud, somehow still wrong. Do better.

Dont get me wrong, the food is good here and the service is amazing! But despite after the renovations, the place is filthy from the inside, there’s bunch of receipts on the floor, barely anyones here and the tables are nasty, i noticed two new workers who basically were incompetent and couldnt understand English 😭. I mean why do mcdonalds gotta do us dirty like this? What about people that are actually trying to find work and can speak fluent English and can learn things fast and can adapt, why not hire those? KN Management Services

Worst service ever. Had to wait more than 45 minutes just for 2 sandwiches. Lot of staff with poor service.I would never return. Flies every where in the Restaurant and not clean. Manager uses the personal mobile and not providing any service. Does not look like a Macdonald in Canada. Very very poor service. They also argue with customers in their language (indian) for the delays and worst experience.

Terrifying.
Act 1: The Order
A desolate wasteland ruled by cars. No one at the register to take your order unless provoked. After ordering comes the great purge of time. Order after order, you quietly listen, but after number after number, nothing arrives. Soon the product meets your table, and dread soon follows…

Act 2: The Product
Opening the product comes the excitement of a lifetime washed away by a wave of disappointment. Three Big Macs completely oblivious to any requests you made. Kindly enough, you keep the mistaken product but prepare for another wait. Cracking into the proper product you find desolate patties, lifeless of any warmth. The rest of the product is as expected, with your past disappointment still lingering.

Act 3: The Sound
As you wait once again you consume the product attempting to fill hole in your stomach with the provided sodium. Then from the kitchen comes the creature. A grinding noise like no other, the “Taco Bell Kaiju” emerges from the bathroom. A drill? No, something beyond the void, that lingers in your mind. Eventually the correct product is delivered, but after your disappointment has been immeasurable and your lunch turned underwhelming, this truly becomes an experience that leaves you…
Terrified.

Horrible customer service.

The man who was at drive thru window today who took order around 4:30pm was insanely rude and has been at past visits also.

The location of this McDonald’s must be the only thing driving any success as it is conveniently located in a high traffic area. This location needs some serious intervention.

I personally stopped going to this location, but I thought with the renovations there would be some positive change. Unfortunately it was the same low quality service.
