This was one of the worst store experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered from Uber Eats and received a completely different order. It wasn’t a delivery mistake because the label clearly showed my order details, but the drinks were different, and the burger was uncooked and had a strange, bland taste. Even the apple pie was burnt.

The customer service here isn't the greatest and the speed is kind of slow but the food served isnt bad, when you open the bag you food is usually wrapped up nicely and the meal is put together half decent, not just thrown into the bag.

This location is really bad McDonald's. This is the third time it's happened to me. I ordered poutine and they gave me normal fries. Last time, I ordered 2 sweet chili junior chicken meals and they missed 1 burger. Seriously? Such bad service. Please, McDonald's, change your night shift staff. And when i called at your store your staff don’t answer and if they pick their behaviour was so so rude. Really, not worth place. There is no option for negative marking. According to me, zero star store.

Ordered one quater pounder meal, and one grinch McChicken meal today. I went through the drive thru, it wasn't even busy. Got my order and went home, opened the bags and was missing both the tater tots and fries for both meals. Honesty, you are better off driving to another mcdonalds than dealing with the incompetent people that work here that cannot even take a simple order. Whatever you do, avoid this establishment. The owner need to really consider who they hire, atleast people that can do a simple task.
Avoid at all costs.

I went to this location at around 11:45 pm on Sunday December 14th 2025. I usually go to this location quite often and never really had any issues but today I was getting late for work hence i decided to go through the drive thru. First of all the service was quite slow as i waited nearly 10 minutes in the drive thru line in total. Once i reached the window i asked the lady working there on how much time my order would take and after i confirmed my order to the lady she rudely responded back that she did not have my order even though she was the one who took it. I work in the fast food industry myself and I understand that issues may happen but it is the employees job to fix them and serve the customers . Meanwhile the employee told me rudely that she did not have my order and I need to go back in the line to place it. Before even letting me respond back she slammed the window on my face and turned around. After such a pathetic experience today I dont think I will ever be going back to this location and would appreciate it the management takes action against such rude and ill mannered employees.
UPDATE: I went back to the restaurant in the morning after my shift and talked to a manager named Satkar. She was a very polite and understanding lady. Listened to the whole experience with me and assured me that an action would be taken against such employee behaviour. Furthermore she offered me a free meal on my next visit which i think is an very kind gesture from here. Just wanted to share the positive experience i had as well

I'm surprised this even has a 2.9 rating you can get your food faster at the keg they ask you to pull off to the side and then make you wait 15 minutes I walked in saw my bag sitting there and then they told me it was going to be ready in a minute and I saw them and grab that same bag and bring it out to me took 14 minutes from the time they told me to pull off to the side the guys are too lazy to run it outside to you and the fries were called and the only thing they'll give you is a oh sorry for the wait

A week ago i went through drive thru. One order had of 4 nuggets only got 3 and I paid for two apple pies never got them. It was only when I got home I realized that I never received the apple pies
