Pretty bad. Homeless people banging on your car window asking for money as soon as you park your car, before you enter... Walking in there's people sleeping with their heads down on the tables, sleeping in the lobby... Ordering on the app, I sat and waited about 15 min for a coffee, while my order didn't even show up on screen. Looking staff in the eye, they just look through you and turn away, all round ignoring you... yet you don't know if they even have your order or not as your order code is not on the order screen at all. Checking the app, this was the correct location, I also ordered using the restaurant wifi lol I wonder what could be the problem...

They have no clue what they are doing, you go through the drive through they are too busy talking. To add onto that I ordered a nugget combo with sweet and sour sauce, got home with NO sauce OR a STRAW. I don't know who they are hiring at this location but they should be fired.

Review: Unfortunately, for service, this McDonald’s location doesn’t even deserve 1 star—more like a big zero! We waited far too long without anyone acknowledging us until we had to speak up to get their attention. It felt like walk-in customers were completely ignored, with no greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever. Instead, it was more of a “just wait until we feel like serving you” experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional. This location needs serious improvement in customer service!

I tried many they severed me expired coffee. (Cold , burn taste) very slow. Parking very difficult . I don’t recommend to buy coffee. Now i stopped buying this location. Not deserve to 1 ⭐️ too.

I ordered chicken nuggets from this location, and it was a complete disappointment. The nuggets were old, hard, and barely edible. It’s clear they had been sitting out for far too long. For a place as popular as McDonald’s, I expected at least fresh, hot food, but this was unacceptable. The quality control here needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.
