My order was $40, and at the window I asked for 2 BBQ sauces. The girl at the window said I have to ask my manager, Raman, who was a couple of steps behind her, but in my view. I saw the girl Raman shake her head and say no. McDonalds service has declined so much over the years. Imagine your order being $40 and they can’t give you a sauce worth 10 cents. Usually I order the sauces as well, but this time I forgot. This is so embarrassing of the customer service. Disappointed and will be looking for a different place to visit instead.

Sooo , I used to get breakfast at the Tim’s next door but to be honest, I had to repeat my order through the drive tru which took me longer and the customer service is also not so great. I decided to go McDonald’s next door and there is a young lady by the name of Cheyenne who greets you and shows you what true customer service is about and what professionalism is about. Being a professional myself, this is the type of service needed and this young lady should train other workers to improve on customer service. I would even recommend that she be promoted. Now I have a place where my coffee takes no time to be handed to me. Great job Cheyenne.

This morning I ordered a Chicken McMuffin breakfast meal using a coupon. Without asking, the staff added a “Shania Twain keychain” to my order, which I assumed was complimentary since it appeared automatically on the screen. Later, I realized I had been charged an extra $3.49 + tax, bringing my total to $10.75 instead of around $6.50. Customers should always be asked before extras are added. This felt misleading and unprofessional.
