Their nuggets are always so hard never fresh. It feels they are 2 days old. There are other locations which are great u got crispy and fresh nuggets from them. Not coming back again.

Honestly, this McDonald’s is the one I go to all the time, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The workers seem lazy or just not attentive, and I don’t know what’s changed. Every single time I ask for my food fresh or well done, it’s never actually well done. The fries are almost always dry, stale, or cold, and it’s really frustrating because this keeps happening consistently. When you’re paying for food and making a simple request, you expect it to be followed. I used to enjoy coming to this location, but now it feels like they rush orders without caring about quality. Hopefully management can address this, because it’s disappointing to see such a drop in service.

We actually waited 20 minutes outside in the parking for a 35$ order and then when we went around in the drive thru again just for them to started making it then just to get half of the order wrong…

Very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered an iced coffee and it was poorly made — the taste was bad and it didn’t include the cream no ice that should come with it. McDonald’s usually does better, but this was really unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money and very disappointing. It tasted like dark water, no proper coffee taste at all.

Waited forever just to be acknowledged. The staff acted like we weren’t even there. i waited 10 minutes but no one comes ’ we gave up and left. Really disappointing.

Very poor performance because I do deliveries at night always when I get orders from that place they will tell me to wait 5 to 7 minutes before my delivery will be prepared 👎
At the drive through, great communication with the attendant and others, food was great the pancakes was delicious and so was everything else thanks to the great people that worked here.

It’s an average McDonald’s by today’s standards. Was much better run prior to around 2019-2020, but it appears non of the old management is around and it shows. VERY long wait times often, for good that ends up being not very fresh, the management is a lot less professional and knowledgeable about the restaurant. Definitely taken a step back and I go here much less frequently due to this.

Updatex review. Service went from slow to super slow. Used to be quick.but new new staff too However, the service was slow at this location for non-busy time. 15 minutes for a cappuccino.

This place is beyond disgusting, the most unhygienic McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! Flies in the bathroom buzzing all over the toilet seats. Never been back since. Also, good luck getting your complete order in the bag in the drive through. Rather drive all the way to Queen street. There’s another one opening up on Bovaird and 410, finally! Wondering if a manager even inspects this place often. Standards are pretty low.
