99% of the time I order from McDonald’s they messed up my order and so many different ways and what’s most annoying is that they give you attitude even though you’re willing to pay for the sauce and still don’t give you the amount of sauces that you orderyou might order four but you’ll get two or one and it’s so annoying to have to go back for 50 Cent item. If I’m gonna have to go back I want a brand new order for that 50 Cent item you wasted my time I’ll waste your food.

Firstly i went through a drive out at 3:40 am and the lady who took order spoke me a very rude and then i wait for a poutine around 10 minutes in drive through moreover when i got my poutine ,in it there is a frozen cheese with less poutine sauce and when i go again for changing a poutine and they also took my another 10 minutes so why you put a drive through when you took 20 minutes just for a poutine and the all staff i feel ashamed are our punjabi and talking with each other rather than providing order .please close drive through at overnight when you are unable to give a food .if they don’t feel sorry then i feel sorry ?

This is hands down the worst Mc Donald’s .I live about 5 mins away from here and Everytime I come here which is past midnight around 1-2am they mess up my order .atleast 10 times in this month alone I had to return .3 times this week they F’d up my order.They gave me sandwiches fully dressed with no meat and cold fries twice and just now I ordered a large fry by itself and when I got home all of the fries were burnt badly and cold .Mind you ,you can pretty much see my house from here lol .I returned and told them about it and they changed them .I asked for the manager and they refused to call whoever was on so I talked to one of the guys and he apologized and I left .I just got home and yet again ! The fries they changed for me were probably the same fries dipped back into the fryer.Hot this time ! But you can taste that it’s not fresh and they just reheated old fries??♂️.Everything tastes like old oil .This is crazy man and this is coming from someone that was a crew trainer at Mc Donald’s 7 years ago .You can see the whole night shift staff on their phones laughing and playing around from through the window and the young lady that handed me my food the second time ! Walked away laughing and that’s why I asked for the manager ! And they refused to call whoever was on .Crazy thing is ! I had to wait about 15 mins the first time ! And there wasn’t anyone else on the line but me ??♂️This place is a joke and at this point it’s intentional man .

Food is standard McDonalds, but the service is great. Washrooms are horrendous and looks like housekeeping will need to be improved. But the service staff is friendly and orders are taken very quickly. Not much of a wait for food.

The environment was great and the staff are kind. But there's this one time where I asked for a peppermint hot chocolate and they gave me a coffee with whipped cream and the candy bits in. After I went to another McDonald's at Mountain Ash to see if there any difference and there was! They actually gave me a peppermint hot chocolate! Even tho the Torbram McDonald's didn't give me the right order, I will still come because other than this incident, they never get my orders wrong.
