I orderd a two breakfast sandwiches In the drive-through waited seven minutes in the Waiting area went inside and watched my food. Sit there for two minutes until I said something.

Visited this location with my son and placed an order. While waiting, I witnessed the branch manager speaking very harshly to a staff member. When I picked up my food from that same employee, I asked if she was new, and she confirmed that she was.

I was extremely upset and disturbed by the manager’s behavior. As someone in a leadership role, she should be setting an example and treating her staff with dignity and respect. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a way, regardless of their position.

A very disappointing experience.

I just ordered in Uber eats and take so long (1 hour and half) and 5 drivers canceled mi order, I don’t know what’s wrong with this restaurant, how difficult can be make fast food, and they have horrible reviews here! Someone needs to circle what’s happening here!!

I was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a McChicken with onions added, but what I received was only a bun and a single chicken patty — no lettuce, no mayo, no onion, nothing. I tried to explain my order clearly at the speaker, but it was ignored. I hope they train their staff better to avoid such mistakes in the future.”

August 30 2025 at 11:30 a am Male Manager was so nice and accommodating. He Noticed my son who’s on the spectrum was annoyed that there was no McGriddles at that time and offered a few complementary items which made him happy.
As a manager it’s important to show compassion and understanding to all customer’s especially those of different understandings. Thank you for showing such kindness.

I called to talk to manager about my order where he hung up on me I called back and said someone hung up on me and he said yes it was me I said oh ok then told him to please make sure I get extra packs of salsa with my order he said he put 4 I said ok thank you I get my order and no extra salsa and my ice coffee is made with cream not milk for sure no doubt this was on purpose ill be contacting head office
