Was supposed to get egg on my eggmccuffin but got the patty and cheese instead . Not sure how that is possible. Had guest waiting over getting the wrong orders

There’s is no need to wait 20 minutes for a single hashbrown… also I left without getting my food cuz no way I’m waiting any longer this place sucks

They need to update the information online saying they’re open 24 hours. I went there at 5:15 this morning and the whole place is locked up.

Staff misbehaving with homeless lady.
Staff unprofessional, they hate with Canadian people i think & also misbehaving with me.
With proof time was 23:19,3-December-2024.
Food is good but only one Staff member behavior not good.

One of the Best Mcdonalds. With a Large numbers of Seating. Staff is also Great.

This is the slowest McDonald’s in the whole of peel region. It’s either they’re understaffed or the workers have decided to be permanently slow. The wait times are ridiculous for a business.

Please hire staff for night shift alot of waiting in dirve through..

Ordered fries with extra salt and specifically asked if salt can be put on side then giving me on side and make them fresh as i am okay to wait in parking lot. Paid only when server said ok we will. Went to second window and fries were ready to handover, i told her i requested fresh fries with extra salt, she said they can't do it. So i requested can i get refund then and she said wait in parking lot they will make them only to come 4 sec. Later with same fries and salt put on them while they in bag. When i checked and asked for refund on first window, the girl yelled at her co-worker why she took fries and not throw it in bin, as soon as i taped for refund on POS the girl slammed window like hell. As a former employee, i know it's not a hard request to begin with, not be rude with people working in there and if not ok then getting refund is okay too. But being treated that i felt really bad specifically when i served in McDonald's for years. Not coming back to this location hope u guy train them more to smile and treat with some customer service skill.

Absolute worst McDonald's fries I've ever had

They made me wait in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes also verified my order 4 times and charges me twice for it. Eventually the beverages were way less in quantity and temperature and eventually they blamed it on the new one who took my order!! Howcm a new member can messed up everything he may be took my order but not prepared.

Generally I never get any bad service from McDonald but this time it was very pathetic and I was on my way to my job and got late just because of this issue.
