I was really disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's. I stopped by for dinner around 10pm on a weeknight, but the service was slow and unfriendly. I ordered a simple fish burger and fries through the Kiosk. I got my order number and waited while glancing at the screen. The kitchen staff cleared my order from the screen and i had to wait another 10 mins only to find out the sandwich was sitting there in their "warming area". I had to ask a staff and pointed to my sandwich for her to realize that those were for me. The restaurant was dirty and disorganized. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I won't be back anytime soon.

Spare yourself the time and money before even contemplating going to this location. I went for breakfast via the drive thru and it was pretty busy (as to be expected). After placing the order, it was a slow roll through the drive thru line and it was around 8 or so mins until I reached the pickup window. I figured by that time the food would surely be ready as it was just 2 combos. Oh was I wrong.. when I got to the pickup window, I was rudely told to park (which is expected at this location). I asked how long it may take and was told around just 2 minutes. I was parked for 10-15 mins all while watching the staff bring out food to other cars (some of which drove in after me and were given big bags) AND watching a number of cars that were given food and not asked to park just speed on by. Again, I’m still just waiting for 2 combos. I understand having to wait a bit if it’s a large order but come on.. this was extremely ridiculous. I guess if you ask how long it may take; they’re purposefully going to make you suffer! Furthermore, this is not the first time this has happened and for many it will not be the last. Not to mention, this location is pretty bad for messing up orders too. It’s probably my fault for keeping on going back! It’s a shame, but for me, this was the straw that broke the camel’s back. There’s better fast food options close by with better customer service that actually at least appear like they care about your dollar.Also..Whatever happened to first come first serve anyways? It’s not like I’m paying with Monopoly money or even using any coupons. I highly DO NOT recommend this location.

Don't waste your time or money. In a hurry? There's a Wendy's, Tim Hortons, and Harvey's down the street that actuallybhave their stuff together. Constantly horrible drive thru experience. Last time it was hotcakes that were cold as though they'd been in the fridge. Today only got 2 of 3, and packaged 7 hours before I ordered. Done with this place.

I noticed other reviews complaining about this McDonald's, however, I didn't experience any issues with my food. I have been here numerous times. It's a McDonald's so don't expect the greatest food. The speed was faster than other McDonald's I been to.The place was clean and there is a play area for little kids.

I recently visited McDonald's, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. However, I was disappointed by the sluggish customer service, despite the presence of ample staff. The wait was frustrating, and to make matters worse, the tables were sticky, making it unpleasant to sit and wait. Additionally, the pervasive smell of coffee permeated the entire place, detracting from the dining experience. Overall, it was a disappointing visit due to the slow service and poor ambiance.

I ordered food from drive thru and the habenero spicy chicken burger was completely stale and it had no habenero sauce and the bun was so hard. The poutine was not at all hot , it looks like they had pull it out from refrigerator. Worst experience ever . Didn’t like the food and service

They screwed up an order for a coffee. 1 coffee. Xtra large triple triple . I got hardly any cream no sugar. WTF is wrong with these people. I called to complain and no one answered the phone. I wonder why.(Sarcastic ) Worst McDonald's in Brampton.
The 5 stars is for the employees that have to deal with the complete a-hole customers that visit this location. There was one customer today that scolded the person taking his order because he handed back his change with the "bills first" instead of the coins! This goof then proceeded to tell the employee the importance of handing back the change first so it doesn't "slide off" the bills if they were handed back before the coins!What kind of self entitled douchebag does this? This guy was about 60 years old, you would think that you'd have some self awareness at that age but I guess not.Some people appreciate the work these employees do, the rest are just losers.
