I ordered for one junior chicken burger and 2 Mac veggie burger.Junior chicken burger made properly but Mac veggie burger not made properly just filled with one tiki, even not put inside salad or not any sauce.service was very slow.Totally disappointed

I came around 2.30 a.m tonight, Chandpreet served me with hot and fresh food quickly, greeted me with warm smile. Even the restaurant was busy but stayed calm and friendly. I enjoyed the food.

Their manager is extremely cheap, made an order over $50 and asked for 1 big mac sauce and she still proceeded to charge me. I dont understand whats the deal with charging for the sauce especially when placing a large order. She could have easily gave it complimentary but decided to give attitude in regards to why she has to charge... not only that but within my order I had ordered 4 apple pies and only got 3....

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered only a large fries, and it took 20 minutes to receive my order, even though there were no other customers ahead of me. The staff member who served me didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and showed no courtesy. The lack of professionalism and respect made the experience very unpleasant. McDonald’s should work on improving customer service and speed of service at this location.

PERSON ON DUTY - HARJEET I was initially asked to wait, that is ok. I did give my order after waiting but suddenly disappeared for some time and the moment she came back she refused to take order, stating that she was changing batteries. When i went to window to confront, THE MANAGER, was standing behind and smiling. I understand that harjeet was working alone..or whatever excuse she had but there were 2 people in store yet not working. EVEN WITH THE ORDER ALREADY PLACED AND WAITING......****POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Make sure to check your orders!! They didn't give me some of my food, I have to run back and get it. Once I get there, they said they checked the camera, and they putted inside the bag. I asked them to show me the video and they won't show me. They ended up giving me the food because they said they do it for the customer service, but I am not very happy about their attitudes.
