I had a very disappointing experience with the manager ( ARSHEEN ). Their behaviour towards staff/customers was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of fostering a positive and supportive environment, the manager displayed rudeness and a lack of basic courtesy. Constructive communication and mutual respect are essential in any workplace, but unfortunately, this was missing here.

I ordered on ubereats around 1am my driver drove there till 1:20 when he got there he still waited for my food to be made until 1:35. My ETA keeps changing like its ok. Does it make anysense they should've made my food as soon as they get orders 0star

Garbage Coffee, staff need to have training from McDonalds , I ordered a small 2cream half sugar along with office order for my colleagues, and my god what a waste of time going there, this is definitely a mix of whatever they felt like putting in the cup. Good job team with order # 629

Garbage food, we ordered chicken from here today both in nuggets and a grilled chicken sandwich based on the family and all got sick. Over priced food and terrible quality. Won’t be buying food from McDonald’s going forward. Plenty of options in the area for similar prices higher quality food.

I mobile ordered two breakfast burritos and a medium ice coffee and I ordered it through my app and paid it, but when I drove to girl on drive through I gave them my name and order number and she acted like I came to alien planet and keep asking for code but I only had order number on my app which was already paid. She asked me for my order and ask to pay again but I told her I already paid. She directed me to second window and they again asked for code and I gave them my name and order number from order details and showed my phone. They finally acknowledged order is being prepared.

WORST EVER MCDONALDS EVER. BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS PLEASE.

I ordered a Uber pickup order for myself from here. Right now on Tuesday December 17 at 1:30 PM.
Came right through the drive through to pickup my order and the attendant girl on drive through window attending customers is upright RUDE.
WHAT IS THIS MCDONALDS?
Check your staffs for the given time I mentioned above. What kind of a order pickup method is this where they are asking me to text a particular phone number. I AM A GIRL AND I WILL NOT SHARE MY PERSONAL CONTACT WITH ANYONE.

So I basically have to order online, then text you guys then go to the side door (not drive through) at 1:30 AM and just to find that both the doors from the side are closed then wait there for the rude employees to come and notice me for 10 minutes??? Unbelievable.

When I went back to talk to them right now about this ALL the employees are yelling at me. Is this the hospitality we deserve at midnight??

Mcdonalds and the owner of this location should teach their employees BASIC MORALS AND HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DESERVE AT MIDNIGHT BEING A GIRL.

No wonder you guys have negative reviews all about your rude employees, poor customer service and no professionalism in handling drive through customer.
