I mobile ordered two breakfast burritos and a medium ice coffee and I ordered it through my app and paid it, but when I drove to girl on drive through I gave them my name and order number and she acted like I came to alien planet and keep asking for code but I only had order number on my app which was already paid. She asked me for my order and ask to pay again but I told her I already paid. She directed me to second window and they again asked for code and I gave them my name and order number from order details and showed my phone. They finally acknowledged order is being prepared.

WORST EVER MCDONALDS EVER. BELIEVE ALL THE REVIEWS PLEASE.

I ordered a Uber pickup order for myself from here. Right now on Tuesday December 17 at 1:30 PM.
Came right through the drive through to pickup my order and the attendant girl on drive through window attending customers is upright RUDE.
WHAT IS THIS MCDONALDS?
Check your staffs for the given time I mentioned above. What kind of a order pickup method is this where they are asking me to text a particular phone number. I AM A GIRL AND I WILL NOT SHARE MY PERSONAL CONTACT WITH ANYONE.

So I basically have to order online, then text you guys then go to the side door (not drive through) at 1:30 AM and just to find that both the doors from the side are closed then wait there for the rude employees to come and notice me for 10 minutes??? Unbelievable.

When I went back to talk to them right now about this ALL the employees are yelling at me. Is this the hospitality we deserve at midnight??

Mcdonalds and the owner of this location should teach their employees BASIC MORALS AND HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I DESERVE AT MIDNIGHT BEING A GIRL.

No wonder you guys have negative reviews all about your rude employees, poor customer service and no professionalism in handling drive through customer.

This one star review is not for McDonald’s but for the employee who was working tonight on December 14, 2025. She was full of attitude, arrogance, and had no sense of how to treat their customers. I do not know her name, but she was wearing Christmas sweater tonight. She shouldn’t be the one serving direct to the customers, she doesn’t have those skills.

ok, I’m sorry but drive thru here is terrible. the drive thru is next to a main road where trucks are passing by, so no one can ever hear me nor understand me, even when I pull up to the window. I just ordered 2 sausage egg mc muffins and received 2 egg mc muffins with ham slices. I ordered this at the window mind you, and I still had to raise my voice because the girl couldn’t here me. not only that, while she’s taking my order, she was taking other people’s orders at the same time via her headset. so I get why my order is wrong, but that was such an unecessarily stressful way to make an order. I come to this location almost every week because it’s convenient for me, but the drive thru is just a stress bomb. can there be a revision/improvements when it comes to customer service?

Nightmare for uber, doordash, skip drivers

You guys need to do better for delivery drivers. We are not here to wait 10 minutes for every order. Whenever i am here to pickup it takes atleast 10 minutes. May be do something to get better at the timming as drivers are here to make money and their time is money. No one wants to spend half an hour to complete $5 dollar delivery if restaurant alone takes over 15 minutes of the delivery time.
