Manager was very disrespectful after I asked her to use a coupon that was valid and I’ve used it many times at other McDonald’s locations. Instead of saying, no, you can’t use it at this location. Respectfully, she decided to start yelling at me and saying you can’t use it and ignoring me. She didn’t even bother reading the coupon that has the information on the back that says it’s valid at any restaurant

Slowest staff and managers of McDonald’s branch I’ve been to. Got there to pick up an order (01/24 around 7:45 pm) and they were clueless where the order went when it’s should’ve been ready for pick up. Waited for more than 30 minutes, everybody else who got there after me got served first and manager even got disappointed when I followed up mine. Poor people management and customer service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited for more than 15 minutes just for a simple cup of coffee, which is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was that one of the staff members, who acted as the manager was particularly rude and arrogant. When I politely asked for an update on my order, this person’s behavior was dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The overall atmosphere was uninviting, and I would not recommend this place for families.The service was terrible, and the manager’s attitude was completely inappropriate. I will never return and cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Waited 10 mins for chicken patty, and got my order wrong. Had to come all the way back to get the right order. At least double check what you are handing out to the customer. Wasted a lot of my time, won’t be coming back. Poor customer service was provided.

What is happening lately in this branch, order's takes so long, fries and burger seems reheat and the service is bad and the place is filthy 🤷🏻‍♀️ we used to eat here after walmart grocery but lately it’s not good anymore

If I can rate my experience this day at no stars I would but very Horrible manager there that day on November 7 at about 10:15 named Areesha. Extremely rude and disrespectful. She displayed her frustration by throwing the monopoly cups that they were saying they didn’t have by throwing the left overs in the trash as I had requested to purchase my coffee. Areesha the Manager now grabs x-large cups that don’t have monopoly stickers on them and starts throwing the brand new still in the plastic cups onto the floor. About 4 of them she is angrily throwing them in the floor. So basically contaminating the products very unprofessional. Food safety?? How is she even a manager? This is not the way to behave. I now start saying something about her behaviour and how she’s contaminating the products and than your gonna take those items back off the floor and now contaminate your hands and everything else like really?? I have worked in the costumer service field and this is not exceptable. She’s unfriendly, and treats her costumers with lack of respect. And her behaviour runs off on also the cashier that was there that day at 10:15 November 7 on the Thursday. She too was not a Pleasent person to deal with. I had to even come back in because she didn’t even make my coffe right. Like come on. If I can get a hold of head office or if u read my review please I would like to report Areesha and this cashier. I can’t remember the cashiers name but I think it started with a D.

The slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s ever. 20 min for two coffees and a medium fries. There was one person who was completely orders slower than I’ve ever seen and her coworkers were not helping her but instead cleaning. It’s one thing if they had a lot of orders and everyone was helping - I would totally understand but the only person putting the orders together was moving at a snail pace no sense or urgency at all and no awareness around her.
