I went through the drive-thru around 3 AM and ordered two Junior Chicken burgers and a Coca-Cola. It took an unusually long time to prepare just the two burgers. When I finally received them, the patties weren't fully cooked and tasted stale. To make matters worse, it seemed like they put the sauce on the paper instead of inside the burgers. It was really disappointing.

Usually I just expect them to forget something... but I am tired of this and it was made worse by the absolutely ridiculous behavior by staff. Why is it they ALWAYS forget something? This time, it was my pies, and of course, it's an Ubereats order. I feel these chain restaurants like McDonald's/Burger King/Tim Hortons always 'forget' items with Ubereats orders so we don't drive back to get what they 'forgot'. It just seems like a scam by these franchises. Their manager didn't even care and told us it was between us and Ubereats. I am tired of being ripped off by these restaurants. I'm never ordering from this specific establishment again. There is a McDonald's at every corner, and I can go in person and check my order. Completely incompetent and unapologetic. They even refused to credit us the two items they forgot and told us to deal with Ubereats. Lacking basic customer service training and accountability.
