I come to this location all the time. Elijah is the greatest person I have ever met at any of these fast food chains. I don't know how he does it. He stays super friendly. He's always in a great mood. I actually enjoy coming to this location when he's working. He's a very great person.

Don't like the new set up of the restaurant. Not enough seating and had to leave to eat in my car. NO SEATING always waiting for an employee to take your order as they are all hidden by a wall in the back. Poor customer service.

Why does this location have a drive thru I don't understand, why should a person go thru and still be told to sit in a parking spot waiting for the order ,when its really busy maybe but it's still a DRIVE THRU,but when their is no one in line ,they should just close down this drive thru
This mcdonald's branch has alway bin a joke ,,, I go occasionally because it's convenient,,, double drive through,,which is the most brainteasers idea EVER,,,, 6 vehicles waiting,,,, im not even beside a speaker ,,, noooo answer for 5 whole minutes,,, wasting everyone's time and gas ,,,, 2 of us back out of the drive through and park to go inside ,,, no body at a single counter ,,, no access to bathrooms ,,, I told them there operations were the WORST I've ever seen in Brampton and I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ,,,,, and they just rebuild this location and turned it in to a much larger joke ,,,,, btw ,,, I've lived in Brampton since 1965 ,,,, and I went to burger King and got served right away ,,, bathroom wasn't locked and food was in my hands in mear minutes,,,, I recommend they just close the doors to that worst place in Brampton ???

Asked someone on counter for washroom access. He (looked like Manager or Supervisor) March 30, 2024 9:25 am...said someone's inside and didn't open the door (remotely). I had wait like 5-7 minutes, went in and saw anytime 2 people can easily access that washroom. There was no need to keep any customer waiting for thiat. Thats RUDE.

They dont give you food if you have cash 50 , 100$.They say you no to you in drive thru for foodBecause you have no debit cardAnd no change 14$.Whats the logic is thisI m paying money . Its your duty to keep changeCurrency at store . Sometimes we r going thru some problems thats why debit change not possible
