when i orderd kids happy meal.. one nuggest they gave less.. vv less fries and half cup of drink.. since there was along queue.. i dint check then.. after coming home. we realised they hav done this.. even the staff is not trained and they dont understand simple english.. worst service

Recently, they were not that busy in evening and took them 25 minutes to serve 1 ice coffee and jr chicken. When I talked to the manager(anmol) she was not listening to my issue. She was acting very unprofessional. I know sometimes it's like this but they should atleast listen to customers. Very unethical behaviour of manager.

Worst experience with this location, specially the girl who was working on drive thru showed up attitude. Few minutes ago I ordered 2 junior chicken sandwiches and I was starving and there was no sauce in the sandwiches, even I asked for mayo sauce on side as well, I didn't get that also. I am also working at food store but I never served and dealed with the customers like this. Literally it was worst experience.

Their respect for uber delivery drivers is so poor they don’t know how to behave with them. Guy named Kamal was so rude with me while picking up the order for our customer.
I ordered 2 double hamburgers, they were labeled as such however neither of them were actually doubled 😕

By far worst McDonald's in Canada, not just the GTA. I'm writing this review even though this is the 4th time this restaurant has failed to deliver the McDonald's experience. I just got a fillet of fish sandwich. This sandwich had bread that was more stale then p diddy music career. It was impossible to eat and I would not recommend this monstrosity of a restaurant to my worst enemy. Do not support this location as they do not care about quality.

"I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald's today. I was waiting for my order to be picked up by a Delivery Skip driver and ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no place to stand or sit. There were no accommodations for delivery drivers, and I had to stand out in the cold the entire time. It was uncomfortable and poorly organized. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a major chain.
