By far worst McDonald's in Canada, not just the GTA. I'm writing this review even though this is the 4th time this restaurant has failed to deliver the McDonald's experience. I just got a fillet of fish sandwich. This sandwich had bread that was more stale then p diddy music career. It was impossible to eat and I would not recommend this monstrosity of a restaurant to my worst enemy. Do not support this location as they do not care about quality.

"I had a really frustrating experience at McDonald's today. I was waiting for my order to be picked up by a Delivery Skip driver and ended up waiting for 15 minutes with no place to stand or sit. There were no accommodations for delivery drivers, and I had to stand out in the cold the entire time. It was uncomfortable and poorly organized. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a major chain.

Horrible disgusting service. an employee named Prabhjot working the drive through window threaten to fight me after I told him waiting 10 minutes for 2 Big Macs was unacceptable. The manager stated he would be written up as a form of punishment……… laughable, I will never be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it

IDIOTIC WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT they had a technical difficulty with the machine, so when you tap the machine would say declined but I saw my bank account and they charged my card anyway. The workers knew this but still were charging the cards of other customers. They assured me the money will be refunded in 3 days but it never happened. If the workers knew this why didn't they just say they are only taking cash because of the machine problem. Staff here is just overall negligent and incompetent
