Horrible work ethic. There is no sense of customer service and employees can't bag food properly. I've had my orders wrong on several occasions. Wrong food, missing items, having to argue to get reimbursed. Clearly, their "top notch training" is sub-par and needs to be reevaluated.

I have ordered 2 junior chicken and 1 poutine. The poutine quantity was not upto the point and it was not freshly made.There was no mayo in the junior chicken and the bun was not heated and it felt like that the burgers were made like an hour ago and they gave to us. I used to work at MCD and I know that how the bun should be and what should be the quantity.

Took my family for a ice cream trip after a long time and wanted to provide them with the best experience and here we go when I ordered this the HCF ( Hot Choclate Fudge) Choclate Sundae that what we call it in USA I was expecting something different and here we got something else.Firstly the gentleman at the counter served me a sundae which was wrapped by brown tissue paper and the choclate was leaking on the cup and when I said this is not right he went inside and a lady came to me saying please go to the second window the guy will bring it for you.. All he did was cleaned the cup with a paper towel and have it back to me..I am not born yesterday who won't understand and on top the gentleman had the Audacity to tell me the the machine is acting weird..Completely the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds and this is not the standard of a Big Chain as it is just spoiling the experience and giving a bitter taste..Would recommend not to make a order from here if you do please be careful..
