So multiple times I have come here and had a bad experience with the staff, never been to such a rude Mc dicks in my life. This time around, I am pregnant and had to grab some food as I was about to pass out multiple times, I had grabbed mine and my sons drink when I almost passed out again and knocked the drinks onto the floor by mistake. One lady wonderfully came to mop it up she was a sweet heart. So I tried to refill our drinks but there was a hole in my son’s cup (which was a kids apple juice) so I asked kindly if I can have a replacement and the rude one says “it’s not our fault so technically no, but I’ll give you one this time” excuse me hun, I worked at a Mc Donald’s for 3/4 years and never once do you refuse things or give attitude to the customer!! Not to mention every other location I go too always gives out sauces for free over the counter if u ask but one time this location said to me “mm no u have to pay for it” seriously I’ve never been to such a horrible McDonald’s in my life my suggestion avoid it all together!!!!! Most staff is very rude!!

i ordered a burger with just cheese and a patty and a bun. they gave me a burger with a bun,cheese ketchup onions pickles and mustard which i clearly said i didn’t want. not to mention they didn’t even put a party. they also didn’t give me fries.

I visited this location 10 minutes before closing because my daughters really wanted a Happy Meal. Despite it being close to closing time, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hailey, in particular, was super sweet and made the experience even better. The service was quick, and they made sure my daughter got exactly what she wanted. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help, even at the end of their shift.

I was at mc d there was a punjabi girl with the cap i think she work at front side and when i talk her about ketchup she reply in very rude and arrogant way i think this is not a good way to deal customers ?? staff must talk politely.
I ordered 20 pc nuggets I asked them to make it fresh but they totally ignored it and then I saw one kitchen staff pull out some previously cooked nuggets out of the tray into the fryer basket and warmed up in oil to make them look fresh. I don’t know how McDonalds allow this kind of thing. They think like their customers are fools. This is just Disrespectful.

It's Friday may 24 2024 7 39 pm I have gone to sit down to eat in this store and the dinning room is a huge mess. One clean table .I ask a girl who works here that the dinning room is a mess and she just said she was on a brake. She did not let anyone know she just sat there in a mess myself I just left with the family. We will go eat at some place clean.where I don't have to question if the kicken is clean. Will not be back

I am a Uber driver today I went to pick up 2 deliveries order at 1:30 pm. Punjabi lady who prepared the order was very rude and arrogant. She wore a cap and she was serving without name plate . I request to owner to provide your staff a proper induction how to deal with the customer. Might be she has some mental illness or some personal issues.

It's a busy location because it's in Walmart, but as convenient as it's meant to be, they mess up a lot. Today I ordered a frappe and did not get the usual consistency, it tasted weird and was thin liquid like water.
