I always go to this McDonald’s when I go to Walmart , but the experience is so bad this time as I bought Mcchicken combo with less lettuce and mayonnaise and the Mcchicken patty was also so dry . Moreover , the lettuce was also so bad .

The workers open the bags and fry boxes by inserting their hands inside and spreading them open manually before placing the food in. This method is unhygienic, as it’s unclear how frequently they wash their hands or what their hands have come into contact with. Instead, the bags should be fanned open, and the fry boxes should be handled from the outside. Additionally, while one worker was filling a fry box, some fries fell back into the main container after touching her hand, raising further hygiene concerns. Please work on this

Redeeming quality about this joint is the staff. I really like the staff, they are professional, kind, and (rarely but sometimes) serve with a smile on their face.
Food quality is what you'd expect from mcdonalds, really mediocre food that you buy because you cant go anywhere else.
Sometimes the food takes longer than normal to be prepared. Worst offender being once when i ordered a chicken wrap and stood waiting for 15 minutes.
However, i heavily reccomend avoiding going here from 10:30Am to 12PM during the weekday. This is when the local high school has their lunchtime and my god it is PACKED like crazy. Students from that school have no respect and awareness. Definetly stay away until after this time.

Took 20 minutes to get my simple quarter Pounder Blt meal ready. Everyone got their food and finished it and they still didn’t have it ready. Worst customer service.
I don’t know they are sleeping or what. I ordered 3 chicken burgers with onion and tomatoes in it . They just gave simple junior chicken.
It happened last time also .

So multiple times I have come here and had a bad experience with the staff, never been to such a rude Mc dicks in my life. This time around, I am pregnant and had to grab some food as I was about to pass out multiple times, I had grabbed mine and my sons drink when I almost passed out again and knocked the drinks onto the floor by mistake. One lady wonderfully came to mop it up she was a sweet heart. So I tried to refill our drinks but there was a hole in my son’s cup (which was a kids apple juice) so I asked kindly if I can have a replacement and the rude one says “it’s not our fault so technically no, but I’ll give you one this time” excuse me hun, I worked at a Mc Donald’s for 3/4 years and never once do you refuse things or give attitude to the customer!! Not to mention every other location I go too always gives out sauces for free over the counter if u ask but one time this location said to me “mm no u have to pay for it” seriously I’ve never been to such a horrible McDonald’s in my life my suggestion avoid it all together!!!!! Most staff is very rude!!

i ordered a burger with just cheese and a patty and a bun. they gave me a burger with a bun,cheese ketchup onions pickles and mustard which i clearly said i didn’t want. not to mention they didn’t even put a party. they also didn’t give me fries.
