Purchased McDonalds double Hamburger with cheese for my four year old grandson at approximately 5:30 in the afternoon today Sunday, October 19. At 7:40 PM, my poor grandson is throwing up all of his hamburger and is complaining of sore tummy. This was directly the result of the hamburger that was consumed. Are the staff there washing their hands and following appropriate food protocol when handling food. I’m extremely Upset that my grandson was sick like this.

I always go to this McDonald’s when I go to Walmart , but the experience is so bad this time as I bought Mcchicken combo with less lettuce and mayonnaise and the Mcchicken patty was also so dry . Moreover , the lettuce was also so bad .

The workers open the bags and fry boxes by inserting their hands inside and spreading them open manually before placing the food in. This method is unhygienic, as it’s unclear how frequently they wash their hands or what their hands have come into contact with. Instead, the bags should be fanned open, and the fry boxes should be handled from the outside. Additionally, while one worker was filling a fry box, some fries fell back into the main container after touching her hand, raising further hygiene concerns. Please work on this
